【摘要】：目的了解2013-2016年紹興市人感染H7N9禽流感病毒在外環(huán)境中的分布,為防控工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法采集不同涉禽場(chǎng)所中的不同類型外環(huán)境標(biāo)本,采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR進(jìn)行標(biāo)本檢測(cè),監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)用Excel2003和SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2013-2016年紹興市共采集禽類外環(huán)境標(biāo)本3 295份,檢出陽性標(biāo)本247份,陽性率為7.50%。不同場(chǎng)所中,城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場(chǎng)陽性率12.09%,其它場(chǎng)所(殺白點(diǎn))陽性率8.56%,家禽屠宰加工廠陽性率2.22%,家禽規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)陽性率1.18%,家禽散養(yǎng)戶陽性率0.38%,野生候鳥棲息地未檢測(cè)出陽性標(biāo)本;不同類型標(biāo)本中,清洗禽類污水標(biāo)本陽性率12.84%,宰殺或擺放禽肉案板表面的擦拭標(biāo)本陽性率9.65%,籠具表面擦拭標(biāo)本陽性率7.50%,其它標(biāo)本(肛、咽和內(nèi)臟涂抹物)陽性率7.24%,糞便標(biāo)本陽性率5.59%,禽類飲水陽性率5.56%。結(jié)論紹興市外環(huán)境中普遍存在H7N9禽流感病毒,其中城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場(chǎng)陽性率最高,是人感染H7N9禽流感病毒的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of H7N9 avian influenza virus in Shaoxing city from 2013 to 2016, and to provide reference for prevention and control. Methods the samples of different types of external environment in different wading places were collected, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the samples. The monitoring data were analyzed by Excel2003 and SPSS19.0 software. Results from 2013 to 2016, a total of 3 295 samples were collected from Shaoxing city, 247 positive samples were detected, the positive rate was 7.50%. In different places, the positive rate of live poultry market was 12.09 in urban and rural areas, the positive rate of other places was 8.56, the positive rate of poultry slaughtering and processing factory was 2.22, the positive rate of poultry scale farm was 1.18, the positive rate of poultry was 0.38, the positive rate of wild migratory bird habitat was not detected. Among the different types of specimens, the positive rate of cleaning poultry sewage specimens was 12.84, the positive rate of wiping specimens on the surface of slaughtered or placed poultry table was 9.65, the positive rate of wiping specimens was 7.50 on the surface of cage utensils, and the positive rate of other specimens was 7.50. The positive rate of pharynx and visceral smear was 7.24%, the positive rate of fecal specimen was 5.59 and the positive rate of poultry drinking water was 5.56. Conclusion H7N9 avian influenza virus is prevalent in the environment outside Shaoxing, and the positive rate of H7N9 avian influenza virus is the highest in urban and rural live poultry market. It is a high risk place for human infection with H7N9 avian influenza virus.
