【摘要】：患者男,49歲,面部暗紅色斑塊30年,皮膚科情況:面部紅色浸潤性斑塊兩處,右面頰部、口周、右側(cè)下頜部斑塊連成大片,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,表面少量白色鱗屑,周邊隆起,觸之質(zhì)軟。皮膚組織病理檢查:真皮全層及皮下脂肪組織見大量結(jié)核樣結(jié)節(jié),伴有多核巨細胞和淋巴細胞浸潤,未見干酪樣壞死。結(jié)核菌純蛋白衍生物(PPD)試驗(++)。診斷為尋常狼瘡。給予異煙肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇治療,痊愈。
[Abstract]:The patient was 49 years old, with dark red plaques on his face for 30 years. Dermatology showed that the plaques in the right cheek, around the mouth, and the right side of the mandible were large and irregular in shape, with a small amount of white scales on the surface, and the surrounding bulge. The touch is soft. Histopathological examination showed that a large number of tuberculous nodules were found in the whole dermis and subcutaneous adipose tissue with multinucleated giant cells and lymphocyte infiltration without caseous necrosis. PPD test of pure protein derivative of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Diagnosis of lupus vulgaris. Isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutanol were treated and cured.
