【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,52歲,入院前3d無誘因出現(xiàn)左下腹及左側(cè)腰骶部疼痛,向會陰部放射,并停止排氣、排便,伴有腹脹,略反酸、燒心,無惡心及嘔吐,無發(fā)熱,無尿頻、尿痛及血尿。患者既往有高血壓、膽囊結(jié)石史。查體:一般狀況可,全身皮膚未見皮疹及出血點,神清,雙肺呼吸音清,心率71次/min,律齊。腹軟,左下腹輕度壓痛及觸痛,左側(cè)腰骶部皮膚有觸痛,無反跳痛及肌緊張,未見胃腸型及腸蠕動,移動性濁音陰性,腸鳴音減弱,無氣
