【摘要】：目的分析2014年浙江省《艾滋病實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)》(簡(jiǎn)稱信息系統(tǒng))的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,提高艾滋病實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理能力。方法下載信息系統(tǒng)中浙江省相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和工作表,分析全省艾滋病檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)基本信息的準(zhǔn)確性和檢測(cè)量報(bào)告的及時(shí)性、正確性,并對(duì)主要儀器設(shè)備填報(bào)、全省實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量考評(píng)和能力驗(yàn)證管理、艾滋病病毒(HIV)職業(yè)暴露報(bào)告的及時(shí)性等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2014年,浙江省共建立1448家艾滋病檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),確證實(shí)驗(yàn)室分布在全省11個(gè)地級(jí)市疾病預(yù)防控制中心,篩查實(shí)驗(yàn)室覆蓋全省91個(gè)縣區(qū);開展的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目主要是血清學(xué)初篩檢測(cè);實(shí)驗(yàn)室機(jī)構(gòu)基本信息準(zhǔn)確率96.69%;檢測(cè)量報(bào)告及時(shí)率92.19%,正確率97.48%。576家實(shí)驗(yàn)室均及時(shí)填報(bào)主要檢測(cè)儀器;958家實(shí)驗(yàn)室參加2014年全省艾滋病檢測(cè)質(zhì)量考評(píng),參加率和合格率均為100%。全省確證實(shí)驗(yàn)室參加各項(xiàng)能力驗(yàn)證合格率均達(dá)100%。全年共填報(bào)88人次HIV職業(yè)暴露情況,填報(bào)及時(shí)率為85.2%,隨訪未發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV感染。結(jié)論浙江省2014年信息系統(tǒng)使用質(zhì)量達(dá)到較高水平,信息系統(tǒng)提高了艾滋病實(shí)驗(yàn)室的技術(shù)管理水平。全省存在確證實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)量偏少、分布不平衡、提供的信息量偏少等問題,在今后的工作中應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整完善和針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the data quality of Zhejiang AIDS Laboratory Information Management system in 2014 and to improve the management ability of AIDS Laboratory. Methods the relevant databases and worksheets of Zhejiang Province were downloaded from the information system, and the accuracy of the basic information and the timeliness and correctness of the inspection reports of AIDS testing institutions in the province were analyzed, and the main instruments and equipment were reported. The laboratory quality assessment and capability verification management, the timeliness of HIV / AIDS occupational exposure report and so on were analyzed. Results in 2014, a total of 1448 AIDS testing institutions were established in Zhejiang Province. The confirmed laboratories were distributed in 11 prefecture-level centers of disease prevention and control in Zhejiang Province, and the screening laboratories covered 91 counties and districts of the province. The main test items were serological screening; The accuracy rate of basic information of laboratory institutions was 96.699.The timely rate of inspection report was 92.19, and the correct rate of 97.48.576 laboratories was 97.48.576 laboratories all filled in the main testing instruments, 958 laboratories participated in the quality evaluation of HIV / AIDS testing in 2014, the participation rate and qualified rate were 100%. The qualified rate of the certification laboratory to participate in each ability verification is 100%. 88 HIV occupational exposures were reported in the whole year, and the timely rate of reporting was 85.2. No HIV infection was found during the follow-up. Conclusion the quality of information system in Zhejiang Province reached a higher level in 2014, and the information system improved the technical management level of AIDS laboratory. There are some problems in the province, such as the small number of corroboration laboratories, the unbalanced distribution and the small amount of information provided, etc., which should be adjusted and strengthened in the future work.
