【摘要】：病毒性傳染疾病是人類社會的重大威脅,嚴重危害人民生命安全和國家、社會安定.隨著國內外經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化、都市化、全球化的進程加快,新發(fā)和突發(fā)病毒性傳染病呈現(xiàn)不斷增高的趨勢,如艾滋病病毒、嚴重急性呼吸綜合征病毒、禽流感病毒、甲流感病毒、埃博拉病毒等近年來一次又一次在世界不同地區(qū)頻繁發(fā)生并蔓延、流行.本次埃博拉病毒在西非的爆發(fā)和疫情失控更再次警示我國和國際社會關于發(fā)展有效防治新發(fā)、突發(fā)病毒性傳染病措施的重要性和緊迫性.天然免疫與宿主抗病研究領域的突破性進展為解決該世界性難題開辟了新的思路和途徑.
[Abstract]:Viral infectious disease is a major threat to human society, seriously endangering the safety of people's lives and national and social stability. With the development of domestic and international economy, urbanization, urbanization and globalization, new and sudden viral infectious diseases have been increasing, such as HIV, severe acute respiratory syndrome virus, avian influenza virus. Influenza A virus and Ebola virus have occurred and spread frequently in different parts of the world in recent years. The outbreak of Ebola virus in West Africa and the outbreak out of control again warned our country and the international community about the importance and urgency of developing effective measures to prevent and treat new and sudden viral infectious diseases. The breakthrough in the field of innate immunity and host disease resistance opens up a new way to solve the worldwide problem.
