【摘要】：目的觀察無干眼癥狀的兒童過敏性結(jié)膜炎患者的淚膜穩(wěn)定性。設(shè)計(jì)回顧性病例系列。研究對(duì)象無干眼癥狀的兒童季節(jié)性過敏性結(jié)膜炎患者30例(60眼)。無干眼癥狀的屈光不正患兒20例(40眼)為正常對(duì)照組。方法受試者進(jìn)行病史詢問以及外眼、眼前節(jié)及干眼相關(guān)檢查,包括淚膜破裂時(shí)間(BUT)、基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌試驗(yàn)(SIt)、角膜熒光素染色(FL)。熒光素染色評(píng)分0~12分,無染色為0分。主要指標(biāo)BUT、SIt和FL評(píng)分。結(jié)果觀察組與對(duì)照組BUT分別為(7.35±2.46)s、(11.95±2.183)s(t=9.569,P=0.000);SIt分別為(18.28±5.123)mm、(16.50±5.149)mm(t=1.702,P=0.092);FL評(píng)分不為0者分別為13例(20眼)、6例(6眼)(χ2=4.193,P=0.041)。觀察組中FL評(píng)分、BUT與病史長短無顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論無干眼癥狀的兒童季節(jié)性過敏性結(jié)膜炎患者也可能存在淚膜穩(wěn)定性下降和角膜上皮完整性受損的改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the stability of tear film in children with allergic conjunctivitis without xerophthalmia. Design retrospective case series. Participants 30 children with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis without xerophthalmia were treated with 60 eyes. 20 cases of ametropia without xerophthalmia (40 eyes) were used as control group. Methods the subjects were examined with medical history, external eye, anterior segment and dry eye, including tear film rupture time, basic tear secretion test and corneal fluorescein staining. The staining score of fluorescein was 0 ~ 12, and that of no staining was 0. Main outcome measures Butt it and FL scores. Results the BUT of the observation group and the control group were 11.95 鹵2.183s ~ (9.569p) ~ (0.000) ~ (?) it was 18.28 鹵5.123mm ~ (?) ~ 16.50 鹵5.149m ~ (-1) ~ (702) ~ (0.092FL) respectively in 13 cases (n = 13) with a score of 0.092FL (蠂 ~ (24) 193P ~ (= 0.041), and that in the control group (n = 6) was not equal to that in the control group (P < 0.05). The BUT of the observation group and the control group was 11.95 鹵2.183g / L respectively (蠂 ~ (24) 193P ~ (+). In the observation group, there was no significant correlation between FL score and history. Conclusion Children with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis without xerophthalmia may also have decreased tear film stability and impaired corneal epithelial integrity.
