【摘要】：目的有效應(yīng)對可能發(fā)生的埃博拉出血熱疫情,提高醫(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員對埃博拉出血熱的認(rèn)識(shí)和預(yù)防控制意識(shí),做好醫(yī)院埃博拉出血熱預(yù)防控制工作及疫情發(fā)生時(shí)的醫(yī)療救治工作,提高醫(yī)院快速反應(yīng)和應(yīng)急處理能力,保障人民群眾的身體健康和生命安全。方法醫(yī)院成立埃博拉出血熱預(yù)防控制工作三級管理組織結(jié)構(gòu),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行首問負(fù)責(zé)制,對就診的發(fā)熱患者采取嚴(yán)格預(yù)檢分診、專區(qū)接診,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、診斷和嚴(yán)格隔離控制患者,密切接觸者隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察,加強(qiáng)個(gè)人防護(hù)與感染控制,組織預(yù)防控制知識(shí)培訓(xùn)和演練等方法預(yù)防控制埃博拉出血熱疫情。結(jié)果通過采取一系列的針對埃博拉出血熱的預(yù)防控制應(yīng)對措施,全院醫(yī)護(hù)人員對埃博拉出血熱的認(rèn)識(shí)和預(yù)防控制意識(shí)得到了普遍提高,醫(yī)護(hù)人員對傳染病預(yù)防控制的重要性有了更深層次的理解,醫(yī)護(hù)人員面對疫情暴發(fā)的快速反應(yīng)和應(yīng)急處理能力也有了相應(yīng)的提高。結(jié)論面對越演越烈的埃博拉出血熱疫情,做好預(yù)防控制應(yīng)對工作尤為重要,按照相關(guān)法律法規(guī)長期規(guī)范化進(jìn)行埃博拉出血熱預(yù)防控制,是綜合醫(yī)院防止疫情蔓延、保護(hù)人民群眾健康的強(qiáng)有力保障。
[Abstract]:Objective to effectively deal with the possible epidemic situation of Ebola haemorrhagic fever, to improve the hospital medical staff's awareness of Ebola hemorrhagic fever and the consciousness of prevention and control, and to do a good job in the prevention and control of Ebola hemorrhagic fever in hospital and the medical treatment at the time of the outbreak. To improve the ability of rapid response and emergency management to ensure the health and safety of the people. Methods the hospital established a three-level management organizational structure for prevention and control of Ebola haemorrhagic fever. The first question responsibility system was strictly carried out. The febrile patients were treated with strict pre-examination and fractionation, special area consultation, timely detection, diagnosis and strict isolation and control of the patients. Close contact isolation medical observation, strengthen personal protection and infection control, organize prevention and control knowledge training and exercise to prevent and control Ebola haemorrhagic fever epidemic situation. Results through a series of preventive and control measures against Ebola haemorrhagic fever, the hospital medical staff's awareness of Ebola haemorrhagic fever and awareness of prevention and control were generally improved. Doctors and nurses have a deeper understanding of the importance of prevention and control of infectious diseases, and the ability of medical staff to respond quickly to outbreaks and to deal with emergencies has been improved accordingly. Conclusion it is very important to prevent and control Ebola haemorrhagic fever in the face of more and more severe Ebola haemorrhagic fever epidemic situation. The prevention and control of Ebola haemorrhagic fever in accordance with relevant laws and regulations for a long time is to prevent the spread of Ebola hemorrhagic fever in general hospital. Strong protection of the people's health.
