【摘要】：本文主要從數(shù)學上建立了三個具有免疫的乙肝動力學模型,并通過構造Lyapunov函數(shù)對前兩類模型的動力學性態(tài)進行了分析.全文共分五章. 第一章,介紹乙肝病毒(HBV)的一些相關的病原學和醫(yī)學知識,并簡單介紹了乙肝動力學的發(fā)展和一些數(shù)學模型以及后面要用到的一些知識. 第二章，根據(jù)乙肝防治現(xiàn)狀及其傳播特點給出了一種具有免疫的乙肝傳播動力系統(tǒng)模型.研究了無病平衡點及地方病平衡點的存在性和全局性態(tài).當R0≤1時,無病平衡點是全局漸近穩(wěn)定的；當R01時,地方病平衡點是全局漸近穩(wěn)定的. 第三章,進一步根據(jù)乙肝的防治及傳播的規(guī)律特點建立了一個具有免疫和年齡結構的數(shù)學模型.研究了無病平衡點及地方病平衡點的存在性和全局性態(tài).當R0≤1時,無病平衡點是全局漸近穩(wěn)定的;當Ro1時,地方病平衡點在滿足其他兩個條件時是全局漸近穩(wěn)定的.最后做了數(shù)據(jù)模擬. 第四章，通過進一步閱讀有關乙肝的病毒的生物學知識,并結合前面兩個模型.我們給出了一個更加符合乙肝傳播規(guī)律的動力學模型,并給出了其基本再生數(shù). 第五章,我們對本文的工作進行簡要的總結和討論，并對今后的研究提出了一些建議.本文從數(shù)學角度為乙肝的防治提供了一些策略，這些策略對乙肝的防治有一定的參考價值.
[Abstract]:In this paper, three immune hepatitis B kinetic models are established mathematically, and the dynamic behaviors of the first two models are analyzed by constructing the Lyapunov function. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces some related etiology and medical knowledge of hepatitis B virus (HBV), and briefly introduces the development of hepatitis B dynamics, some mathematical models and some knowledge to be used in the future. In the second chapter, according to the present situation of hepatitis B prevention and treatment and its transmission characteristics, a dynamic system model of hepatitis B transmission with immunity is presented.
