B超對脾結(jié)核的診斷及鑒別診斷效果評價

【摘要】:目的探討針對脾結(jié)核患者在實施疾病診斷以及鑒別過程中,分析B超的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法選擇2014年07月至2016年07月收治的脾結(jié)核患者40例作為本次實驗研究對象。針對所有患者的脾臟聲像圖特征實施臨床分析,針對所有患者于臨床實施B超診斷,對最終檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析研究。結(jié)果對所有脾結(jié)核患者臨床實施B超檢查后發(fā)現(xiàn),其脾臟厚度在38毫米與50毫米之間。對患者于臨床展開抗結(jié)核治療之后,患者的脾臟厚度表現(xiàn)出一定程度的降低,同治療前比較,表現(xiàn)出顯著差異(P0.05)。對患者脾實質(zhì)內(nèi)回聲的情況進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),全部出現(xiàn)了低回聲結(jié)節(jié)的情況,并且表現(xiàn)出的大小不等,分布形狀為星狀。結(jié)論對于脾結(jié)核患者臨床實施B超檢查表現(xiàn)出諸多的優(yōu)點,其操作步驟較為簡單,應(yīng)用范圍較為廣泛,不會對患者造成任何創(chuàng)傷,價格較為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。對于脾結(jié)核患者,針對其影像學(xué)特征加以熟練掌握,針對患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行分析,之后展開B超檢查,最終可以將脾結(jié)核的早期診斷準(zhǔn)確率顯著提高,通過對患者實施脾臟穿刺活檢病理學(xué)檢查,最終可以獲得準(zhǔn)確的檢測數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical application value of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of splenic tuberculosis. Methods Forty patients with splenic tuberculosis admitted from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as subjects. Clinical analysis was performed for all patients with splenic sonographic features, and B-ultrasound diagnosis was performed for all patients, and the final examination results were analyzed and studied. Results the thickness of spleen was between 38 mm and 50 mm. After antituberculous therapy, the spleen thickness of the patients decreased to a certain extent, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P 0.05). By analyzing the echo in the splenic parenchyma, it was found that hypoechoic nodule appeared in all cases, and the size of hypoechoic nodule was different, and the shape of distribution was stellate. Conclusion there are many advantages in the clinical application of B-ultrasound in patients with splenic tuberculosis. The procedure is simple, the scope of application is wide, it will not cause any trauma to the patients, and the price is more economical and reasonable. For the patients with splenic tuberculosis, we can master the imaging features skillfully, analyze the clinical data of the patients, and then carry out B-ultrasound examination, which can significantly improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of splenic tuberculosis. Accurate data can be obtained by pathological examination of splenic biopsy.
