【摘要】：目的分析化療療程對腎結核治療效果的影響。方法 120例腎結核患者,根據(jù)24 h雙腎彩超下腎內病灶吸收情況和尿結核菌檢查陰轉情況分別進行9~24個月化療,對療程結束后的復發(fā)率與治療效果進行分析。結果將120例患者按化療療程分為四組,每組30例,化療12、18、24個月后停藥1年內復發(fā)率(30.00%、10.00%、0)顯著低于化療9個月后停藥1年內復發(fā)率(63.33%),差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。將120例患者按不同強化期分為四組,每組30例,強化期4、6個月24 h尿結核陰轉率(36.67%、56.67%)顯著優(yōu)于強化期2個月24 h尿結核陰轉率(3.33%),差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論腎結核具有特殊性,應由專業(yè)醫(yī)生根據(jù)患者的病情以及臨床實踐制定治療方案,適當延長化療療程與強化期,能夠有效增加尿結核陰轉率,降低停藥1年內復發(fā)率,值得臨床上運用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of chemotherapy course on renal tuberculosis. Methods 120 patients with renal tuberculosis were treated with chemotherapy for 924 months according to the absorption of renal focus and the negative change of urinary tuberculous bacilli under 24 h color Doppler sonography. The recurrence rate and therapeutic effect were analyzed after the end of the course of treatment. Results 120 patients were divided into four groups according to the course of chemotherapy, 30 cases in each group. The recurrence rate of 30.0010. 00% was significantly lower than that of 1 year after 9 months of chemotherapy. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). 120 patients were divided into four groups according to different enhancement stages, 30 cases in each group. The negative conversion rate of urinary tuberculosis was 36.67% and 56.67% at 24 h after 4 and 6 months of enhancement. The negative conversion rate of urinary tuberculosis was significantly higher than that of 2 months and 24 hours after enhancement period. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Renal tuberculosis has its particularity. According to the patient's condition and clinical practice, the professional doctor should make the treatment plan, prolong the chemotherapy course and strengthen the period appropriately, can effectively increase the negative turn rate of urinary tuberculosis and reduce the recurrence rate within 1 year after the withdrawal of the drug. It is worthy of clinical application.
