【摘要】：目的了解南京市青年學(xué)生中艾滋病(AIDS)疫情狀況,為有針對性地開展高校艾滋病宣傳教育提供依據(jù)。方法下載南京市2002-2014年艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)中報(bào)告的年齡≥15歲、職業(yè)為學(xué)生的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS病人(簡稱HIV/AIDS病人)數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS 18.0進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果截至2014年10月,南京市共報(bào)告青年學(xué)生HIV/AIDS病人183例。2010-2014年,青年學(xué)生病例報(bào)告數(shù)占當(dāng)年病例報(bào)告總數(shù)的比例逐年上升,分別為3.7%、4.8%、6.3%、6.9%、8.0%。20~24歲年齡組病例占75.4%,同性性傳播占90.2%。2002年和2003年青年學(xué)生感染HIV是通過輸血/血制品傳播的,2008年后以同性性傳播為主。病例來自于自愿咨詢檢測(VCT)的占42.6%,無償獻(xiàn)血的占14.2%。結(jié)論近年來南京市報(bào)告的青年學(xué)生病例數(shù)增長較快,同性性行為是主要危險(xiǎn)行為,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對該人群的宣傳干預(yù)工作,提高高危人群的主動(dòng)檢測意識。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of HIV / AIDS among young students in Nanjing, and to provide evidence for carrying out AIDS propaganda and education in colleges and universities. Methods the data of HIV / AIDS infected persons (HIV/AIDS patients) aged more than 15 years who were reported from 2002 to 2014 in Nanjing AIDS Integrated Prevention and treatment Information system were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results as of October 2014, a total of 183 cases of young students with HIV/AIDS were reported in Nanjing from 2010 to 2014. The proportion of cases reported by young students to the total number of cases reported in that year increased year by year. The number of cases in the age group of 24 years old was 75.4, and the proportion of the young students infected with HIV in 90.22.2002 and 2003 was transmitted through blood transfusion / blood products, and after 2008, same-sex sexual transmission was the main one. Cases of VCTs from voluntary counseling accounted for 42.6%, and blood donation without compensation accounted for 14.2%. Conclusion in recent years, the number of young students reported in Nanjing has increased rapidly, and same-sex behavior is the main risk behavior. The propaganda and intervention should be strengthened to improve the awareness of the high risk population.
