【摘要】：目的了解北京市男男性行為者(MSM)入群原因構(gòu)成,分析其與人口學(xué)、行為學(xué)及艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率等的關(guān)系,對未來防艾干預(yù)工作和社會宣傳的開展提供依據(jù)。方法采用同伴推動抽樣法(RDS)進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查,通過問卷收集社會人口學(xué)、成為MSM的原因、HIV感染高危行為等信息,并采集血液進(jìn)行HIV檢測。結(jié)果在調(diào)查的600名MSM中,成為MSM的原因?yàn)楹闷嬲?01人(33.5%)、天生者393人(65.5%)、其他6人(1.0%),平均年齡為(32.8±9.2)歲;天生組未婚比例(74.8%)高于好奇組(60.2%)(χ2=16.113,P=0.000);在文化程度和收入水平上,天生組均優(yōu)于好奇組(均P0.01);在性取向上,好奇組MSM中雙性性取向比例(52.7%)高于天生組(19.6%)(χ2=68.529,P=0.000);在肛交性行為上,好奇組做1(38.9%)比例大于天生組(30.6%)(χ2=10.415,P=0.005),而有固定肛交性伴的比例(62.5%)低于天生組(71.2%)(χ2=4.249,P=0.039);好奇組77.6%的MSM曾經(jīng)與女性發(fā)生過性行為,高于天生組的38.4%(χ2=81.789,P=0.000);在政策知識上,好奇組均較天生組差(均P0.05),對于HIV免費(fèi)檢測地點(diǎn)的知曉程度也低于天生組(P0.05);好奇組的HIV感染率(14.4%)高于天生組(8.1%)(χ2=5.701,P=0.017)。結(jié)論不同原因成為MSM者在HIV傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上作用大小不同,因好奇成為MSM者社會地位較低,安全意識較弱,HIV感染率更高,HIV傳播的橋梁作用更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes of MSM (MSM) entry in Beijing, and to analyze the relationship between MSM and population, behavior and HIV infection rate, so as to provide the basis for AIDS prevention intervention and social propaganda in the future. Methods Peer-driven sampling method was used to conduct cross-sectional investigation, and social demography was collected by questionnaire, which became the cause of MSM infection high risk behavior, and blood samples were collected for HIV detection. Results among the 600 MSM subjects surveyed, the reasons for becoming MSM were: 201 curious, 65.5, 65.5, 1.0, 32.8 鹵9.2 years of age, 74.8% of unmarried in the born group, 60.2% in the curious group (蠂 216.113P0.000, 蠂 216.113, P 0.000). In terms of educational level and income level, the proportion of unmarried persons in the born group was 74.8 鹵9.2 years, which was higher than that in the curious group (蠂 216.113P0.000). Conclusion the risk of MSM transmission is different in different reasons, and the role of curiosity as a bridge to HIV transmission is more obvious than that of MSM patients with lower social status, lower safety awareness and higher HIV infection rate.
