【摘要】：正患者女性,74歲,因吞咽困難及飲水嗆咳2d于2014年9月9日入院�；颊哂谇疤焱聿蜁r,出現(xiàn)吞咽困難,飲水嗆咳,聲音嘶啞,伴右側(cè)咽喉部牽扯樣陣發(fā)性疼痛,且向頸部放射,無發(fā)熱及肢體活動障礙。9月8日纖維喉鏡檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)聲帶麻痹。9月8日頭顱CT檢查提示雙側(cè)基底核區(qū)腔隙性軟化灶。病前無感冒發(fā)熱病史以及腹瀉病史。既往高血壓史及2型糖尿病史10余年,口服降壓及降血
[Abstract]:A 74-year-old woman with dysphagia and coughing drinking water for 2 days was admitted to hospital on September 9, 2014. The patient had dysphagia, coughing, hoarseness, paroxysmal pain in the right throat, and radiation to the neck at dinner the day before. The right vocal cord palsy was found by fiberlaryngoscopy on 8 September and the lacunar malacia on bilateral basal nucleus by CT on September 8.
