【摘要】：目的評價(jià)繁昌縣預(yù)防控制血吸蟲病中長期規(guī)劃終期效果。方法收集2004-2014年繁昌縣血防資料,分析血吸蟲病流行狀況,評價(jià)防治效果。結(jié)果 2004-2014年全縣共治療血吸蟲病人1 938人次,擴(kuò)大化療64 256人次;治療病畜12頭次,擴(kuò)大化療2 745頭次;累計(jì)開展藥物滅螺7 758.1 hm~2,環(huán)境改造滅螺36.0 hm~2;所有重點(diǎn)村落實(shí)了傳染源控制措施。至2014年,人群血吸蟲感染率降至0.27%;急性血吸蟲感染發(fā)病率和耕牛感染率降為0;釘螺面積下降至103.20 hm~2;釘螺和感染性釘螺密度呈總體下降趨勢。結(jié)論實(shí)施以人畜篩查化療、控制釘螺、健康教育及傳染源控制為主的綜合性血防策略效果顯著,全縣達(dá)到了血吸蟲病傳播控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the final effect of long-term planning for prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Fanchang County. Methods the data of blood control in Fanchang County from 2004 to 2014 were collected, the epidemic status of schistosomiasis was analyzed and the control effect was evaluated. Results from 2004 to 2014, 1,938 cases of schistosomiasis were treated, 64,256 times of chemotherapy were expanded, 12 times of treatment of animals were treated, and 2 745 times of chemotherapy were expanded. The control measures of the source of infection were carried out in all the key villages. The drug was used to kill snails for 7 758.1 hmm2 and the environment was transformed to 36. 0 hmm2. By 2014, the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in population decreased to 0.27, the incidence of acute schistosomiasis infection and the infection rate of cultivated cattle decreased to 0; the area of snail decreased to 103.20 hmm-2; the density of snail and infected snail showed an overall downward trend. Conclusion the comprehensive schistosomiasis control strategy based on screening chemotherapy, snail control, health education and source of infection control was effective and reached the standard of schistosomiasis transmission control in the whole county.
