【摘要】：正假鼻疽病是由假鼻疽伯克霍爾德菌引起的地方性傳染病,在東南亞和澳洲等熱帶區(qū)域流行。我國疫源地主要分布在海南、廣東、廣西等南部地區(qū)。病情一般較為嚴重,病死率高達30%~90%[1]。其他地方罕有報道,本研究對南京地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)的1例假鼻疽伯克霍爾德菌感染病例報告如下。1病例資料患者,男,39歲,長期住新加坡。因"發(fā)熱2個月"入院。2014年8月出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,熱峰在39~40℃,發(fā)
[Abstract]:Pseudomagrax is a endemic infectious disease caused by Burkholderia pseudomallei, which is prevalent in tropical regions such as Southeast Asia and Australia. China's focus mainly in Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other southern regions. The disease is generally more serious, the mortality is as high as 30% 90% [1].
