寨卡病毒感染者13例病毒核酸檢測結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的分析廣東省江門市13例寨卡病毒感染者生物樣品病毒核酸結(jié)果。方法采用描述性方法對2016年2—4月江門市報告的寨卡病毒感染者進行流行病學(xué)分析。采用熒光定量逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(qRTPCR)方法檢測研究對象的血液、尿液和唾液寨卡病毒核酸。結(jié)果 2016年2—4月江門市共確診10例寨卡病毒病病例和發(fā)現(xiàn)3例寨卡病毒隱性感染者,均自委內(nèi)瑞拉輸入。13例感染者中,男性6例,女性7例;最小年齡5歲,最大年齡46歲,中位數(shù)是19歲,≤14歲兒童占46.15%(6/13)。寨卡病毒核酸陽性檢出持續(xù)時間,血液最短0 d,最長4 d,中位數(shù)0 d;尿液最短2 d,最長32 d,中位數(shù)5.5 d;唾液最短0 d,最長10 d,中位數(shù)3.5 d;尿液樣品比血液樣品病毒核酸陽性持續(xù)時間長(P0.01);唾液樣品比血液樣品病毒核酸陽性持續(xù)時間長(P0.05)。結(jié)論寨卡病毒感染者血液、尿液和唾液3種生物樣品病毒核酸陽性持續(xù)時間不一致。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of viral nucleic acid in 13 biological samples of Zika virus infection in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. Methods Epidemiological analysis of Zika virus infection reported in Jiangmen City from February to April 2016 was carried out by descriptive method. The nucleic acid of Zika virus in blood, urine and saliva was detected by fluorescence quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (QRT PCR). Results from February to April 2016, 10 cases of Zika virus disease and 3 cases of recessive Zika virus infection were confirmed in Jiangmen city. All of them were imported from Venezuela.
