【摘要】：目的分析探討鹽酸奧洛他定聯(lián)合0.1%環(huán)孢霉素A滴眼液治療春季角結(jié)膜炎的臨床效果。方法選取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的273例春季角結(jié)膜炎患者,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組。對(duì)照組患者采用鹽酸奧洛他定治療,觀察組患者采用鹽酸奧洛他定聯(lián)合0.1%環(huán)孢霉素A滴眼液治。分析比較兩組患者的治療有效率。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組患者的臨床癥狀評(píng)分和體征評(píng)分小于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療有效率大于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論相對(duì)于單純鹽酸奧洛他定治療,聯(lián)合0.1%環(huán)孢霉素A滴眼液對(duì)患者的治療效果更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of olotazidine hydrochloride combined with 0.1% cyclosporine A eye drops in the treatment of spring keratoconjunctivitis. Methods 273 cases of spring keratoconjunctivitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with olitadine hydrochloride and the patients in the observation group were treated with 0.1% cyclosporine A eye drops. The effective rate of treatment was analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the clinical symptom score and physical sign score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the combination of 0.1% cyclosporine A eye drops is more effective than omolatadine hydrochloride alone.
