【摘要】：目的了解連州市農(nóng)村老年人艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉情況、對防控艾滋病的行為態(tài)度等情況,為開展艾滋病預(yù)防控制工作提供依據(jù)。方法選擇連州市10個(gè)鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)(或村委會(huì)),在鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)(或村委會(huì))趕集日隨機(jī)攔截當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村老年人,采用自填式問卷調(diào)查方法進(jìn)行。結(jié)果隨機(jī)攔截437名農(nóng)村老年人,有效應(yīng)答400人,有效應(yīng)答率91.53%,艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)總知曉率為29.00%,防控艾滋病的行為態(tài)度正確率為12.50%。經(jīng)單因素卡方分析顯示,不同年齡組、不同文化程度、不同婚姻狀況,結(jié)果差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論農(nóng)村老年人艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率和對防控艾滋病的行為態(tài)度正確率較低,所存在的高危行為不可忽視。因此,對農(nóng)村老年人進(jìn)行有針對性的宣傳教育刻不容緩。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of AIDS related knowledge and attitude towards AIDS prevention and control among the rural elderly in Lianzhou City, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods Ten townships (or village committees) in Lianzhou were selected to randomly intercept the old people in rural areas on the rush day of the town (or village committee), and the self-filling questionnaire was used. Results 437 rural elderly people were intercepted randomly, 400 of them responded effectively, the effective response rate was 91.53, the total awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 29.00 and the correct rate of behavior attitude of AIDS prevention and control was 12.50%. Single factor chi-square analysis showed that different age groups, different education levels, different marital status, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.001). Conclusion the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and the correct rate of behavior attitude towards AIDS prevention and control among the elderly in rural areas are low, and the high risk behaviors can not be ignored. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out targeted propaganda and education for the elderly in rural areas.
