【摘要】：目的探討不典型惡性瘧疾患者的臨床特征。方法對該院2014年6月3日確診為惡性瘧疾患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室檢查、診斷進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果該例患者,有流行病學史,臨床癥狀不典型,在血涂片中發(fā)現(xiàn)瘧原蟲形態(tài),伴肝功能異常。結(jié)論惡性瘧疾患者臨床癥狀復雜,醫(yī)生應高度重視,并加強對發(fā)熱患者的排查,檢驗人員應提高形態(tài)學水平。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the clinical features of atypical malignant malaria patients . The clinical manifestation , laboratory examination and diagnosis of malignant malaria cases diagnosed by the hospital on June 3 , 2014 were analyzed retrospectively . Results The patients with malignant malaria had a history of epidemiology and atypical clinical symptoms .
