浙江省寧波市2004—2015年麻疹流行病學和基因型特征分析

【摘要】:目的了解浙江省寧波市2004—2015年麻疹流行病學特征及野毒株的基因型特征,為制定防控對策提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集寧波市2004年1月—2015年12月麻疹發(fā)病監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)及各縣(市、區(qū))報告的麻疹野毒株樣本,采用逆轉錄-聚合酶鏈反應(RT-PCR)進行擴增,對PCR產(chǎn)物進行序列測定和分析。結果寧波市2004—2015年麻疹發(fā)病率依次為9.93/10萬、21.09/10萬、2.46/10萬、12.73/10萬、33.38/10萬、4.10/10萬、2.41/10萬、0.93/10萬、6.60/10萬、2.11/10萬、2.30/10萬、2.74/10萬,麻疹發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢(χ_(趨勢)~2=2 743.496,P0.01);麻疹全年均有發(fā)病,以2~5月為發(fā)病高峰,病例數(shù)占總發(fā)病數(shù)的66.74%;寧波市11個市(區(qū)、縣)麻疹均有發(fā)病,發(fā)病率居于前3位的地區(qū)分別為海曙區(qū)520例(13.81/10萬)、江北區(qū)485例(13.33/10萬)及江東區(qū)450例(12.19/10萬);麻疹8月齡、8月齡~7歲、8~14歲、15~19歲和≥20歲病例構成比分別為23.13%、20.89%、4.02%、6.40%和45.56%;寧波市2004—2015年共分離到麻疹野毒株90株,其中11株為B3基因亞型,79株為H1基因型(H1a基因亞型73株,H1b基因亞型6株)。結論寧波市2004—2015年麻疹發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢;H1a亞型為該地區(qū)麻疹優(yōu)勢基因型。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of measles and genotype of wild strains in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province from 2004 to 2015, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of measles. Methods the surveillance data of measles incidence from January 2004 to December 2015 in Ningbo and the samples of measles wild strains reported from counties (cities and districts) were collected and amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The PCR products were sequenced and analyzed. Results the incidence of measles in Ningbo from 2004 to 2015 was 99.3 / 100,000,000 or 21.0910 / 100 000 or 24.6 / 100,000.The incidence rate of measles was 33.38 / 100,000,000 or 410,000.10,000,441 / 100, and 0.93.1 / 100000 / 66,6010 / 10000 or 21,100 / 100,000.The overall incidence of measles showed a downward trend (蠂 ~ (+)) (蠂 ~ (+)) the incidence of measles showed a downward trend (蠂 ~ (+)); measles occurred all year, and the peak incidence was in February and May, the highest incidence rate was in the whole year (蠂 ~ (2) 2 743 496% (P < 0.01)), and the incidence of measles was the highest in the whole year, and the peak incidence rate was in February to May (P < 0.05). The number of cases accounted for 66.74 of the total incidence; measles occurred in all 11 cities (districts and counties) of Ningbo.
