【摘要】：目的評價舍曲林聯(lián)合普瑞巴林治療老年帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效。方法 60例老年帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛患者隨機(jī)分為對照組(n=32)和試驗組(n=28)。對照組用普瑞巴林150 mg·d-1,試驗組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用舍曲林50mg·d-1,2組均常規(guī)營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)藥物治療及物理治療。治療前、治療后4周用視覺模擬評分(VAS)評估患者的疼痛強(qiáng)度變化,中文版簡明健康測量量表(SF-36)評定生活質(zhì)量的變化。結(jié)果 2組治療后疼痛強(qiáng)度均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),試驗組疼痛緩解顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。試驗組在6個領(lǐng)域的生活質(zhì)量較對照組明顯改善(P0.05)。2組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論舍曲林聯(lián)合普瑞巴林能提高老年帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of sertraline combined with PreBahrain in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly. Methods 60 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group (n = 32) and experimental group (n = 28). The control group was treated with Premarin 150mg / d, the experimental group was treated with sertraline 50mg d-1G on the basis of the control group, and the control group was treated with routine nutritional neuromedication and physical therapy. Before and 4 weeks after treatment, the changes of pain intensity were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VASs), and the quality of life (QOL) was assessed by SF-36 (Chinese version). Results the pain intensity after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the pain relief in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the six areas of the trial group compared with the control group. Conclusion Sertraline combined with PreBahrain can improve the efficacy of post-herpes zoster neuralgia in the elderly.
