【摘要】：目的了解廣西中越邊境地區(qū)的中國(guó)籍和越南籍暗娼高危性行為特征,并探討其影響因素,為有針對(duì)性的開(kāi)展暗娼干預(yù)工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法于2016年4月-5月,對(duì)廣西P市的娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所采用"滾雪球、同伴推動(dòng)"等方法招募調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析其高危性行為特征及其影響因素。結(jié)果越南籍和中國(guó)籍暗娼的服務(wù)對(duì)象來(lái)自不同國(guó)家(多國(guó)商業(yè)性伴)的比例分別為100.00%(92/92)和13.29%(21/158),越南籍暗娼多國(guó)商業(yè)性伴、每日接客數(shù)量≥3個(gè)的比例均高于中國(guó)籍暗娼,從事性服務(wù)工作時(shí)間2年的比例則低于中國(guó)籍暗娼,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01)。最近1次和最近1個(gè)月商業(yè)性行為不使用安全套的比例差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。越南籍暗娼高危性行為的發(fā)生主要受性服務(wù)場(chǎng)所類型、首次性行為年齡、每日接客數(shù)量影響。而年齡、性服務(wù)場(chǎng)所類型則是中國(guó)籍暗娼高危性行為發(fā)生的主要影響因素。結(jié)論越南籍暗娼普遍存在多國(guó)性伴情況,首次性行為年齡較小,接客頻率更高,流動(dòng)性更大,同時(shí)兩國(guó)暗娼的高危性行為特征和影響因素呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn),提示在今后干預(yù)工作中,應(yīng)充分考慮不同國(guó)籍暗娼的人群特征,開(kāi)展有針對(duì)性的綜合干預(yù)工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of high-risk sexual behaviors of Chinese and Vietnamese prostitutes in the border areas of China and Vietnam in Guangxi and to explore the influencing factors so as to provide scientific basis for the intervention of CSW. Methods from April to May 2016, "snowball, peer drive" and other methods were used to recruit the subjects from April to May, 2016. The characteristics of high-risk sexual behaviors and their influencing factors were analyzed. Results the proportion of clients served by Vietnamese and Chinese prostitutes from different countries (multinational commercial partners) was 100.002 / 92 and 13.2921 / 158respectively. The proportion of commercial partners of Vietnamese prostitutes who received more than 3 customers per day was higher than that of Chinese sex workers. The proportion of two years of working time of sex service was lower than that of Chinese sex workers, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the proportion of commercial sex without condom use between the last one and the last month (P < 0.05). The occurrence of high risk sexual behavior of CSW was mainly affected by the type of sex service, the age of first sexual intercourse and the number of visitors per day. Age and sex service place type are the main influencing factors of high risk sexual behavior of Chinese sex workers. Conclusion there are many sexual partners in Vietnamese sex workers, the first sex is younger, the frequency of reception is higher, and the mobility is greater. Meanwhile, the characteristics of high-risk sexual behaviors and influencing factors are different between the two countries. It is suggested that in the future intervention work, we should fully consider the characteristics of the population of the prostitutes of different nationalities, and carry out comprehensive intervention work.
