【摘要】：2015年亞太肝病學會(Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver,APASL)組織亞太各國專家對乙型肝炎指南進行了修訂,形成了APASL乙肝指南草案,并于今年3月在伊斯坦布爾舉行的第24屆APASL年會上由印度學者Shiv K.Sarin教授逐條進行了解讀,同時進行了充分討論。本文將根據(jù)大會發(fā)表的資料,對指南與臨床密切結(jié)合的內(nèi)容,包括基本概念、診斷、治療及患者管理等方面進行系統(tǒng)解讀和總結(jié),供臨床醫(yī)生在實際中參考和應用。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the Asia Pacific Institute of Hepatology (Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver, APASL) organized Asia Pacific experts to revise the guidelines for hepatitis B and formed a draft of the APASL hepatitis B guide, and was interpreted by professors of the India scholar at the twenty-fourth session of the APASL year held in Istanbul in March this year. According to the information published by the general assembly, this article will systematically interpret and summarize the contents of the close combination of the guide and the clinic, including the basic concepts, diagnosis, treatment and patient management, for the clinicians to consult and apply in practice.
