【摘要】:貝氏柯克斯體(Coxiella burnetii,簡寫為Cb)是一類重要的人獸共患細(xì)胞內(nèi)寄生菌,在家畜中廣泛感染,感染人可導(dǎo)致不明發(fā)熱—俗稱Q熱,或伴有肺炎、心內(nèi)膜炎、肝炎、脊髓炎等。在我國Q熱是一類被忽視的烈性傳染病,誤診漏診眾多。需要警惕的是該病有突發(fā)爆發(fā)的可能。以荷蘭為例,自2007至2010年,超過4 000荷蘭人感染了Q熱。近年來國外的Q熱研究進(jìn)展很快,特別是新出現(xiàn)的Cb無細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和遺傳學(xué)操作方法促進(jìn)了Cb的致病機(jī)理研究,為研制新型實用的Q熱防治策略提供了機(jī)遇。本文簡要綜述了Cb與宿主細(xì)胞間的相互作用機(jī)制,主要是脂多糖的免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能、囊泡發(fā)育機(jī)制及四型分泌系統(tǒng)的可能作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Coxiella burnetii (CB) is a kind of important zoonotic intracellular parasitic bacteria, which is widely infected in domestic animals and can cause unknown fever, commonly known as Q fever, or accompanied by pneumonia, endocarditis, hepatitis, myelitis and so on. Q fever is a kind of neglected infectious disease in China, and misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are numerous. What needs caution is that the disease has the possibility of a sudden outbreak. In the Netherlands, for example, more than 4,000 Dutch people contracted Q fever from 2007 to 2010. In recent years, the research on Q fever in foreign countries has made rapid progress, especially the new methods of cell-free culture and genetic manipulation have promoted the study of the pathogenesis of CB, which provides an opportunity for the development of new and practical strategies for the prevention and treatment of Q-fever. In this paper, the mechanism of interaction between CB and host cells, mainly the immunomodulatory function of lipopolysaccharide, the mechanism of vesicle development and the possible mechanism of the secretory system of type IV are briefly reviewed.
