【摘要】：目的比較合金鈦棒和棉簽蘸取液氮治療面部扁平疣的療效和安全性。方法將804例患者隨機分為2組:A組使用合金鈦棒浸泡液氮;B組棉簽蘸取液氮。治療時間原則均為一個凍融期。每2周進行復診1次,每次進行療效評定,同時詳細記錄患者的不良反應。結果治療4周后再隨訪觀察4周判定療效。治療組404例,痊愈397例,顯效2例,有效1例,有效率99.1%;對照組400例,痊愈391例,顯效4例,有效1例,有效99%,兩組臨床療效經(jīng)x~2檢驗,兩組痊愈率(x~2=10.76,p0.01)、有效率(x~2=6.75,p0.01)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。治療組中404例患者,紅斑程度為0者15例,程度為1者7例,程度為2者2例;對照組中紅斑程度為0者36例,1者13例,2者7例。兩組紅斑程度經(jīng)x~2檢驗p0.01,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療組404例患者中,有色沉13例,對照組中色沉29例,x~2檢驗p0.01;治療組中有色素減退1例,對照組中有色素減退7例,x~2檢驗p0.01,兩組之間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論合金鈦棒聯(lián)合液氮治療面部扁平疣效果與經(jīng)典的棉簽蘸取液氮治療效果相比較,雖然兩者有效率無統(tǒng)計學差異,但前者不良反應輕,副作用小,恢復效果好,值得臨床進一步研究及推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy and safety of titanium rods and cotton swabs in the treatment of facial verruca plana.Methods 804 patients were randomly divided into two groups: group 1: group A was soaked with titanium rods and group B was dipped with cotton swabs for liquid nitrogen extraction.The principle of treatment time is a freezing and thawing period.Every 2 weeks, the curative effect was evaluated, and the adverse reactions were recorded in detail.Results after 4 weeks of treatment, the patients were followed up for 4 weeks.In the treatment group, 404 cases were cured, 397 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, 1 case was effective, the effective rate was 99.1, while in the control group, 400 cases were cured, 391 cases were cured, 4 cases were effective, 1 case was effective, and the effective effect was 99%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recovery rate and the effective rate of the two groups.In the treatment group, the erythema degree was 0 in 15 cases, 1 in 7 cases and 2 in 2 cases in the treatment group, while in the control group, the degree of erythema was 0 in 36 cases and in 13 cases in the control group.The degree of erythema in the two groups was tested by xan2 (p 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant.In the treatment group, there were 13 cases of nonferrous sedimentation and 29 cases of color sink in control group (p0.01), one case of pigmentation in treatment group and 7 cases of pigmentation in control group (p0.01), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion the therapeutic effect of titanium alloy bar combined with liquid nitrogen in treating facial flat warts is better than that of traditional cotton swabs dipping liquid nitrogen. Although there is no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups, the former has the advantages of light adverse reaction, little side effect and good recovery effect.It is worthy of further clinical research and application.
