【摘要】：目的探討社會交往與流動人群艾滋病知識、態(tài)度、行為的關系,為有效干預流動人群的艾滋病高危行為提供依據(jù)。方法通過方便抽樣對758例流動人口進行調(diào)查,采用國艾辦制定的艾滋病知識、態(tài)度和行為問卷和自行研制的社會資本問卷,用χ~2檢驗及Logistic回歸方法分析。結果有密切社會交往的流動人群的艾滋病知識水平高于無密切社會交往的流動人群(χ~2=2.54,P=0.047)。密切社交對象是政府/社區(qū)工作人員的流動人群艾滋病高知曉率對健康相關行為有顯著影響(OR=5.56,95%CI:1.52~7.03)。密切社交對象為政府/社區(qū)工作人員(OR=0.20,95%CI:0.06~0.66)和企業(yè)/個體老板的人群(OR=0.21,95%CI:0.09~0.63),艾滋病的高知曉率對艾滋病的態(tài)度具有消極影響。結論社會交往在改善流動人群的艾滋病相關知識和行為方面具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between social communication and AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior in floating population, and to provide evidence for effective intervention of AIDS high risk behavior in floating population.Methods 758 floating population were investigated by convenient sampling. AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire and social capital questionnaire were used to analyze by 蠂 ~ 2 test and Logistic regression method.Results the AIDS knowledge level of floating population with close social contact was higher than that without close social contact.Among the floating population of government / community workers, the high awareness rate of AIDS has a significant effect on health-related behaviors. 5. 56% CI: 1. 52% and 7. 03%.The social objects were government / community workers (0.2095 CI0.06: 0.66) and enterprises / self-employed people (0.21 / 95CI: 0.09 / 0.63). The high awareness rate of AIDS had a negative effect on the attitude of AIDS.Conclusion Social communication plays an important role in improving AIDS related knowledge and behavior of floating population.
