【摘要】：研究目的：研究和評估賽普克（CYPCO）-結(jié)核分枝桿菌TB-SA抗體檢測試劑盒（膠體金法）診斷結(jié)核病的特異性及敏感性，為臨床推廣應用提供依據(jù)。 研究方法：擬選結(jié)核病患者、非結(jié)核的其他肺部疾病疾病患者及健康志愿者共計250例，分為五組分別為菌陽肺結(jié)核組、菌陰肺結(jié)核組、肺外結(jié)核組、其他疾病組及健康對照組。各組均進行血清及全血標本的結(jié)核分枝桿菌TB-SA抗體檢測及同類參比試劑的平行檢測。 研究結(jié)果：血清結(jié)核分枝桿菌TB-SA抗體檢測診斷結(jié)核病的總體靈敏度為76%，特異性為64%；全血結(jié)核分枝桿菌TB-SA抗體檢測診斷結(jié)核病的總體陽性率為36%，，特異性為88%。 研究結(jié)論：賽普克結(jié)核分枝桿菌TB-SA抗體檢測試劑盒對于血清標本的檢測靈敏度較全血標本高。綜合其靈敏度與特異性，并與同類參比試劑相比，其具有良好的臨床應用價值，值得臨床應用與推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of CyPCO-Mycobacterium tuberculosis TB-SA antibody detection kit (colloidal gold method) in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: a total of 250 tuberculosis patients, non-tuberculosis patients with other pulmonary diseases and healthy volunteers were divided into five groups: bacillus positive pulmonary tuberculosis group, bacterial negative pulmonary tuberculosis group, extrapulmonary tuberculosis group, other disease group and healthy control group.TB-SA antibody of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in serum and whole blood samples and parallel detection of similar reference reagent were carried out in all groups.Results: the total sensitivity and specificity of TB-SA antibody detection in diagnosis of tuberculosis were 760.The total positive rate and specificity of detection of TB-SA antibody against Mycobacterium tuberculosis in whole blood were 36g and 88g respectively.Conclusion: the sensitivity of TB-SA antibody detection kit for Mycobacterium tuberculosis is higher than that in whole blood samples.Compared with the similar reference reagent, it has good clinical application value and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
