2012—2014年上海市蜱和宿主動(dòng)物新型布尼亞病毒感染狀初步調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的掌握上海市蜱分布及攜帶新型布尼亞病毒情況,了解上海市蜱動(dòng)物宿主以及動(dòng)物感染病毒狀況,從而評(píng)估上海地區(qū)是否存在新型布尼亞病毒的傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法采用布旗法捕捉室外"游離蜱",動(dòng)物"寄生蜱"采用動(dòng)物體表采集法捕獲犬體表蜱類樣本;蜱病毒核酸的檢測(cè)采用熒光定量PCR法;動(dòng)物血清抗新型布尼亞病毒的總抗體檢測(cè)采用雙抗原夾心法。結(jié)果 2012—2014年期間,上海松江辰山和金山大金山島監(jiān)測(cè)到室外"游離蜱",蜱種均為長角血蜱;上海17個(gè)區(qū)中10個(gè)區(qū)監(jiān)測(cè)到"寄生蜱",主要分布在崇明、奉賢、閔行等區(qū),血紅扇頭蜱為優(yōu)勢(shì)蜱種。檢測(cè)的143只蜱中,未發(fā)現(xiàn)病毒核酸。上海"寄生蜱"的動(dòng)物宿主主要為犬,其次為羊,分布在6個(gè)主城區(qū)的198只犬、浦東新區(qū)和奉賢區(qū)的120份豬和崇明區(qū)的36頭羊中,均未發(fā)現(xiàn)感染病毒。結(jié)論 2012—2014年上海地區(qū)蜱尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)新型布尼亞病毒的攜帶,動(dòng)物監(jiān)測(cè)中未發(fā)現(xiàn)感染。因此,尚無證據(jù)證實(shí)上海地區(qū)為新型布尼亞病毒自然疫源地,需進(jìn)一步調(diào)查研究證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and transmission of new Bunia virus in ticks in Shanghai, and to understand the host and infection status of ticks in Shanghai, so as to evaluate whether there is a risk of transmission of new Bunia virus in Shanghai.Methods the outdoor "free ticks" were captured by the flag cloth method, the canine surface ticks samples were captured by the animal "parasitic ticks" method, and the detection of ticks viral nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method.The total antibody of anti-new Bunia virus in animal serum was detected by double-antigen clamp method.Results during 2012-2014, outdoor "free ticks" were detected in Shanghai's Songjiang Chenshan and Jinshanduanshan Island, with tick species of Haemaphysalis longicornis, and parasitic ticks were detected in 10 of 17 districts in Shanghai, mainly distributed in Chongming, Fengxian, Minhang, etc.Hematophorus hematidis is the dominant tick species.No viral nucleic acid was found in 143 ticks.The animal host of "parasitic ticks" in Shanghai was mainly dogs, followed by sheep, 198 dogs distributed in 6 main urban areas, 120 pigs in Pudong New area and Fengxian District and 36 sheep in Chongming District. None of them was infected with the virus.Conclusion A new Bunia virus was not found in Shanghai from 2012 to 2014, and no infection was found in animal surveillance.Therefore, there is no evidence to confirm that Shanghai is the natural focus of Bunia virus.
