【摘要】：目的分析蒲苓盆炎康聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療解脲支原體感染患者的療效以及其對外周血自然殺傷(NK)細胞活性的影響。方法選取2013年3月至2016年12月該院收治的125例解脲支原體感染患者,分為阿奇霉素組(n=41)、蒲苓盆炎康組(n=42)與聯(lián)合組(n=42),阿奇霉素組服用單一阿奇霉素片治療,蒲苓盆炎康組采用蒲苓盆炎康治療,聯(lián)合組采用阿奇霉素聯(lián)合蒲苓盆炎康治療。比較3組的治療效果及復(fù)發(fā)情況,檢測治療后3組患者外周血NK細胞的活性并進行比較。結(jié)果阿奇霉素組治療有效率達63.4%,復(fù)發(fā)率達87.2%,蒲苓盆炎康組治療有效率達66.7%,復(fù)發(fā)率達84.4%,聯(lián)合組治療有效率與復(fù)發(fā)率分別為92.9%、18.5%;阿奇霉素組與蒲苓盆炎康組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),聯(lián)合組與其他兩組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后3組外周血NK細胞活性比較,聯(lián)合組明顯高于其他兩組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論口服蒲苓盆炎康聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療解脲支原體陽性感染比單獨治療效果好,其治療機制可能與提高外周血NK細胞活性有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the efficacy of Pulingpenyan Kang combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection and its effect on NK cell activity in peripheral blood.Pulingpenyan Kang group was treated with Pulingpenyan Kang, and the combined group with azithromycin combined with Pulingpenyan Kang.The therapeutic effect and relapse of the three groups were compared, and the NK cell activity in peripheral blood of the 3 groups was detected and compared after treatment.Conclusion the treatment of Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive infection by oral administration of Pulingpenyan Kang combined with azithromycin is better than that of single treatment, and its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the increase of NK cell activity in peripheral blood.
