中國部分省市大學(xué)生艾滋病知識來源及知曉情況分析

【摘要】:目的了解中國15個省市大學(xué)生艾滋病知識知曉率,為制定適合學(xué)生的健康教育策略與計(jì)劃提供參考。方法采用多階段整群抽樣方法抽取15個省、直轄市、自治區(qū)的60所高校,對方便抽取的7 555名本科生發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,進(jìn)行艾滋病防治知識的調(diào)查。結(jié)果全國15省市大學(xué)生對于國家明確規(guī)定的8條大眾需要掌握的艾滋病基本知識(簡稱"國八條")知曉率為77.4%。不同專業(yè)、上大學(xué)之前生活的地域、婚戀狀態(tài)學(xué)生的艾滋病"國八條"知曉率不同,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,理科(OR=1.324,95%CI=1.145~1.531)和醫(yī)科(OR=1.421,95%CI=1.204~1.678)是"國八條"知曉的促進(jìn)因素,未婚有戀人或已婚(OR=0.847,95%CI=0.750~0.957)是"國八條"知曉的阻礙因素,來自媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(OR=1.654,95%CI=1.556~1.757)和來自學(xué)校的知識(OR=0.702,95%CI=0.661~0.745)是促進(jìn)因素,來自家庭的知識(OR=1.242,95%CI=1.166~1.323)是阻礙因素(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生艾滋病知識掌握不全面。應(yīng)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體、學(xué)校健康教育等方式加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的預(yù)防艾滋病宣傳教育,提高自我保護(hù)意識。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge Chinese college students in 15 provinces and cities, to provide the reference for making the strategy of health education and plan for students. Methods by stratified cluster sampling method, 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the 60 universities, the convenient sample of 7555 undergraduates were investigated by questionnaires, knowledge of AIDS the prevention and control of the country's 15 provinces and cities for college students. The results state clearly defined 8 public need to master the basic knowledge of AIDS (referred to as the "country of eight") the awareness rate was 77.4%. different professional college before the living area, marriage status of HIV / AIDS "country of eight" awareness rate is different, the differences were statistically significant (P values are 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that medical science (OR=1.324,95%CI=1.145~1.531) and (OR=1.421,95%CI=1.204~1.678) is the "country of eight" awareness promotion factors, unmarried lovers or Married (OR=0.847,95%CI=0.750~0.957) is the "country of eight" aware of the obstacles, from the media network knowledge (OR=1.654,95%CI=1.556~1.757) and from the school of knowledge (OR=0.702,95%CI=0.661~0.745) is to promote the factors from family knowledge (OR=1.242,95%CI= 1.166~1.323) is the hindering factors (P value 0.05). Conclusion the students do not fully grasp the knowledge of AIDS should be through the network. The media, school health education and other ways to strengthen the propaganda and education of AIDS prevention to students, enhance self-protection awareness.
