【摘要】：流動(dòng)人口的艾滋病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已引起廣泛關(guān)注。本研究立足于商業(yè)性行為的嵌入性,識(shí)別出對(duì)理解男性流動(dòng)人口的艾滋病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有啟發(fā)意義的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)——"核心應(yīng)酬網(wǎng)",通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了該網(wǎng)絡(luò)與艾滋病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及保護(hù)行為的相關(guān)性。研究表明,以兩種方式測(cè)量的核心應(yīng)酬網(wǎng)的行為規(guī)范均與男性流動(dòng)人口的商業(yè)性行為和安全套使用顯著相關(guān);社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型相對(duì)于個(gè)體模型顯著提升了擬合優(yōu)度。因而,今后的流動(dòng)人口艾滋病研究和干預(yù)活動(dòng)有必要推進(jìn)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)向"。
[Abstract]:Floating population AIDS risk has caused widespread concern.This study is based on the embeddedness of commercial sex.The "core social network", which is an enlightening social network for understanding the AIDS risk of male floating population, is identified. The correlation between the network and AIDS risk and protective behavior is verified by questionnaire survey data.The results showed that the behavior norms of the core social network measured in two ways were significantly correlated with the commercial sex and condom use of male floating population, and the social network model significantly improved the goodness of fit compared with the individual model.Therefore, the future floating population AIDS research and intervention activities need to promote the "network turn."
