【摘要】：流動人口的艾滋病風險已引起廣泛關注。本研究立足于商業(yè)性行為的嵌入性,識別出對理解男性流動人口的艾滋病風險具有啟發(fā)意義的社會網絡——"核心應酬網",通過問卷調查數(shù)據驗證了該網絡與艾滋病風險及保護行為的相關性。研究表明,以兩種方式測量的核心應酬網的行為規(guī)范均與男性流動人口的商業(yè)性行為和安全套使用顯著相關;社會網絡模型相對于個體模型顯著提升了擬合優(yōu)度。因而,今后的流動人口艾滋病研究和干預活動有必要推進"網絡轉向"。
[Abstract]:Floating population AIDS risk has caused widespread concern.This study is based on the embeddedness of commercial sex.The "core social network", which is an enlightening social network for understanding the AIDS risk of male floating population, is identified. The correlation between the network and AIDS risk and protective behavior is verified by questionnaire survey data.The results showed that the behavior norms of the core social network measured in two ways were significantly correlated with the commercial sex and condom use of male floating population, and the social network model significantly improved the goodness of fit compared with the individual model.Therefore, the future floating population AIDS research and intervention activities need to promote the "network turn."
