【摘要】：文章基于原始文獻(xiàn)史料考察了《科學(xué)通報(bào)》1977年首次公開(kāi)青蒿素化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和《光明日?qǐng)?bào)》1978年率先披露青蒿素抗瘧功效及其研發(fā)過(guò)程的經(jīng)緯,揭示了屠呦呦以及中醫(yī)研究院中藥研究所對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)青蒿素物質(zhì)和測(cè)定青蒿素結(jié)構(gòu)所作出的貢獻(xiàn)。作者認(rèn)為青蒿抗瘧研究信息的公開(kāi)不僅沒(méi)有對(duì)青蒿素發(fā)明專利的申請(qǐng)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,而且還對(duì)屠呦呦2015年獲得諾貝爾生理或醫(yī)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)起到了一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The contribution of Tu Youyou and the Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine of the Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine to the discovery of artemisinin and the determination of artemisinin structure were revealed.The authors believe that the disclosure of information on artemisinin antimalarial research not only did not have a negative impact on the patent application for artemisinin invention, but also promoted Tu Youyou to win the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2015.
