腹部大手術(shù)后真菌性敗血癥3例臨床分析

【摘要】:正隨著國內(nèi)醫(yī)療水平的提高,越來越多地市級醫(yī)院開始開展腹部大手術(shù)。由于此類患者術(shù)前多伴有營養(yǎng)不良、基礎疾病,術(shù)后長期禁食、腸外營養(yǎng)支持,加之廣泛使用廣譜抗菌藥物及各種侵入性操作,使腹部大手術(shù)后真菌性敗血癥的發(fā)生率逐年增多。真菌性敗血癥早期診斷困難,病死率高,應引起廣大普外科醫(yī)生的重視。我院總結(jié)3例腹部大手術(shù)后真菌性敗血癥的處理經(jīng)驗,現(xiàn)報告如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料選取2016年3—11
[Abstract]:With the improvement of medical treatment in China, more and more hospitals at the prefectural and municipal levels are beginning to carry out major abdominal surgery. Because these patients are often accompanied by malnutrition before operation, basic diseases, long-term fasting after surgery, and parenteral nutrition support, Combined with the extensive use of broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents and various invasive operations, the incidence of fungal septicemia increased year by year after major abdominal surgery. The early diagnosis of fungal septicemia is difficult and the mortality rate is high. The management experience of 3 cases of fungal septicemia after major abdominal surgery in our hospital is summarized. The following 1 data and method 1.1 general data are reported in this paper, which are selected from 3 to 11 years in 2016.
