【摘要】：目的探索昆明市艾滋病病毒(HIV)陽性男男性行為者(MSM)動員其性伴接受HIV抗體檢測的可行性,為擴(kuò)大檢測覆蓋面,提高M(jìn)SM陽性發(fā)現(xiàn)率提供依據(jù)。方法招募在研究期間檢測新發(fā)現(xiàn)的和既往發(fā)現(xiàn)的HIV抗體陽性MSM的性伴,在簽署知情同意和充分咨詢并尊重其本人同意后,動員過去1年內(nèi)與其發(fā)生過性行為的性伴接受HIV抗體檢測。結(jié)果招募HIV陽性MSM作為種子,共118人,其中71名種子成功動員其性伴接受了HIV抗體檢測,成功率60.17%(71/118)。動員方式中由種子自己動員其性伴前來檢測的占93.42%(71/76),性伴HIV感染率13.16%(10/76)。χ2檢驗結(jié)果顯示,既往陽性者與新發(fā)現(xiàn)陽性者動員其性伴檢測的成功率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001);單因素Logistic分析結(jié)果顯示,性伴HIV感染影響因素中不同的種子類型差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),既往陽性者其性伴的HIV感染風(fēng)險低于新發(fā)現(xiàn)陽者的性伴。結(jié)論HIV抗體陽性的MSM性伴HIV感染率高,HIV陽性MSM動員其性伴接受HIV抗體檢測十分必要且可行,應(yīng)作為一項預(yù)防和控制MSM艾滋病傳播的有效策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of men who have sex with HIV-positive men in Kunming to mobilize their sexual partners to be tested for HIV antibody, so as to provide the basis for expanding the detection coverage and improving the positive detection rate of MSM.Methods to recruit sexual partners who detected newly discovered and previously discovered HIV antibody positive MSM during the study, after signing informed consent, full consultation and respect for their own consent,Mobilize sexual partners who have had sex with them in the past year to be tested for HIV antibodies.Results A total of 118 HIV positive MSM were recruited and 71 of them successfully mobilized their sexual partners to be tested for HIV antibody. The success rate was 60.17.1% 118U.Of the mobilization methods, the percentage of those whose sexual partners were mobilized by the seeds themselves to come to the test was 93.42% 761%, and the infection rate of sex partner HIV was 13.16% or 10% 76%. 蠂 2 test showed thatThere was significant difference in the success rate of mobilizing sex partners between the former positive patients and the newly found positive ones, and the results of univariate Logistic analysis showed that,There were significant differences in different seed types among the influencing factors of HIV infection in sexual partners. The risk of HIV infection in the former positive sex partners was lower than that in the newly found positive sex partners, and the risk of HIV infection in the former positive sex partners was lower than that in the newly found positive sex partners.Conclusion it is necessary and feasible for HIV positive MSM sex partners with high HIV infection rate to mobilize their sexual partners to accept HIV antibody detection. It should be used as an effective strategy to prevent and control the spread of HIV / AIDS.
