【摘要】：目的了解河北省男男性行為者(MSM)的人口學(xué)特征、艾滋病相關(guān)高危行為、艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情況及其影響因素,為探索針對(duì)性的干預(yù)工作模式提供依據(jù)。方法 2010-2014年,每年4-6月招募2 000名調(diào)查對(duì)象,由經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的工作人員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,收集調(diào)查對(duì)象的人口學(xué)特征、高危行為發(fā)生情況,采集血樣進(jìn)行HIV、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗體檢測。結(jié)果 2010-2014年,共監(jiān)測MSM 10 000人,HIV抗體陽性率為5.21%(521例),梅毒陽性率5.80%(580例),HCV陽性率0.33%(33例)。最近6個(gè)月與同性發(fā)生肛交的比例分別為75.0%、87.2%、90.0%、87.7%、87.6%,發(fā)生肛交時(shí)一直使用安全套的比例分別為57.8%、49.3%、38.4%、50.6%、42.0%,艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率在90%左右。梅毒陽性、高年齡組、已婚是HIV感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,高文化程度、高知曉率、有異性性行為、接受過同伴教育是HIV感染的保護(hù)性因素。結(jié)論 MSM中各種高危行為仍然存在,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)MSM的行為干預(yù),制定針對(duì)性的干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demographic characteristics of MSM, AIDS-related high risk behaviors, HIV / AIDS infection and its influencing factors in Hebei Province, and to provide a basis for exploring the intervention model from 2010 to 2014. From April to June each year, 2,000 survey subjects were recruited, and questionnaires were conducted by trained staff to collect the demographic characteristics and high risk behaviors of the survey subjects. Blood samples were collected for detection of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibodies. Results from 2010 to 2014, The positive rate of HIV antibody was 5.21 / 521, and the positive rate of syphilis was 5.80 / 580 / 0.333.The percentage of anal sex with the same sex in the last six months was 75.0 / 87.20.00.The proportion of condom used at the time of anal intercourse was 57.89.38.48.40.The percentage of anal intercourse was 42.0. The awareness rate of AIDS is about 90%. Syphilis is positive. In high age group, married is the risk factor of HIV infection, high education level, high awareness rate, heterosexual behavior, peer education are the protective factors of HIV infection. Conclusion all kinds of high risk behaviors in MSM still exist. We should strengthen the behavior intervention to MSM and formulate targeted intervention measures.
