【摘要】：目的了解某院一起挪威疥瘡醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā)的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn),為臨床預(yù)防和控制醫(yī)院感染提供依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查方法,對(duì)全部可疑感染者和密切接觸者進(jìn)行調(diào)查并追蹤,描述患者三間分布,制定并落實(shí)一系列有效的綜合防控措施。結(jié)果 2015年11月3—16日共有16例人員發(fā)生挪威疥瘡感染,發(fā)病例數(shù)最多的時(shí)間為11月11日(5例),發(fā)病時(shí)間集中在11月9—11日,共10例,占發(fā)病總數(shù)的62.50%。16例病例空間分布:綜合內(nèi)科12例、護(hù)理部2例、員工家庭2例。人群分布:主要為50~59歲患者(7例)、女性(13例)、護(hù)理人員(9例)。采取綜合防控措施、使用藥物治療后,16例病例均痊愈,治愈率為100%。病區(qū)內(nèi)和醫(yī)院內(nèi)無(wú)新發(fā)病例出現(xiàn),疫情得到控制。結(jié)論挪威疥瘡具有高度接觸傳染性,可在局部地區(qū)造成流行。為避免疥瘡在醫(yī)院內(nèi)感染蔓延、擴(kuò)散,醫(yī)務(wù)人員需加強(qiáng)對(duì)該病的診斷及防護(hù)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of a hospital outbreak of scabies nosocomial infection in Norway and to provide evidence for clinical prevention and control of nosocomial infection. All suspected infected persons and close contacts were investigated and tracked, the distribution of the three patients was described, and a series of effective comprehensive prevention and control measures were developed and implemented. Results from 3 to 16 November 2015, there were 16 cases of Norwegian scabies infection, The most frequent cases occurred in 5 cases on November 11, and the onset time was concentrated on November 9-11. There were 10 cases, accounting for 62.50.16 cases of the total number of cases: 12 cases in general medicine department, 2 cases in nursing department, and 2 cases in general medical department, 2 cases in nursing department, 12 cases in general medicine department, 2 cases in nursing department. 2 cases of employee family. Population distribution: 7 cases of patients aged 50 to 59 years old, 13 cases of female patients, 9 cases of nursing staff, taking comprehensive prevention and control measures, 16 cases were cured after drug treatment. The cure rate is 100. There are no new cases and the epidemic situation is under control in the ward and hospital. Conclusion the Norwegian scabies is highly contagious and can cause epidemic in the local area, in order to avoid the spread and spread of scabies in hospital, Medical staff should strengthen the diagnosis and prevention of the disease.
