【摘要】：目的：本研究旨在了解廣西高校中、外大學(xué)生艾滋病、結(jié)核病認(rèn)知、態(tài)度和行為（knowledge，attitudes，and practices，KAPs）的現(xiàn)況，，并比較中國(guó)學(xué)生與外國(guó)學(xué)生間的差異，以探討目前廣西在校大學(xué)生關(guān)于艾滋病、結(jié)核病這兩種傳染性疾病的教育現(xiàn)狀，為改進(jìn)中國(guó)艾滋病、結(jié)核病的防控策略提供依據(jù)，并通過本研究向大學(xué)生（尤其是外國(guó)留學(xué)生）宣傳艾滋病、結(jié)核病的相關(guān)知識(shí)，以提高該人群對(duì)艾滋病、結(jié)核病的認(rèn)知程度。 方法：對(duì)廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)、廣西大學(xué)兩所高校的中國(guó)學(xué)生和外國(guó)學(xué)生按年級(jí)分層隨機(jī)抽樣，以面對(duì)面訪談后當(dāng)場(chǎng)發(fā)放、當(dāng)場(chǎng)回收的方式進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。 結(jié)果： 1．問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果 （1）總共611名中、外學(xué)生接受問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查對(duì)象年齡為17-34周歲，其中男生225人（37.0%），女生386人（63.0%）。 （2）調(diào)查對(duì)象中外國(guó)學(xué)生有308人，占50.4%；中國(guó)學(xué)生有303人，占49.6%。兩所高校的中、外學(xué)生的受調(diào)查比例相當(dāng)。 （3）調(diào)查對(duì)象的受教育程度：611名受調(diào)查學(xué)生中，493人為臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)本科生（80.7%）；56人為非臨床專業(yè)本科生（9.2%），其中二年級(jí)學(xué)生占絕大部分，約為80.9%；58人為碩士研究生（9.5%）；4人為博士研究生（0.7%）。 （4）調(diào)查對(duì)象年級(jí)分層情況：一年級(jí)學(xué)生111人（18.2%），二年級(jí)學(xué)生253人（41.4%），三年級(jí)學(xué)生118人（19.3%），四年級(jí)學(xué)生117人（19.1%），五年級(jí)學(xué)生12人（2.0%）。 2.艾滋病/結(jié)核病KAPs的調(diào)查結(jié)果 （1）外國(guó)學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病、結(jié)核病相關(guān)知識(shí)的知曉率比中國(guó)學(xué)生低（P0.05）； （2）外國(guó)學(xué)生與中國(guó)學(xué)生關(guān)于艾滋病、結(jié)核病的正確防治態(tài)度比較，兩者無顯著差異（P0.05）； （3）外國(guó)學(xué)生與中國(guó)學(xué)生發(fā)生與艾滋病或結(jié)核病有關(guān)的高危行為比較，兩者無顯著差異（P0.05）；但外國(guó)學(xué)生采取降低艾滋病或結(jié)核病感染的措施比例低于中國(guó)學(xué)生（P0.05），且對(duì)中國(guó)政府采取的預(yù)防艾滋病、結(jié)核病措施的知曉率也低于中國(guó)學(xué)生（P0.05）。 結(jié)論： 廣西中、外在校大學(xué)生普遍對(duì)艾滋病、結(jié)核病相關(guān)知識(shí)的知曉率不高，建議各高校與疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合，對(duì)在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行健康教育，普及艾滋病、結(jié)核病相關(guān)知識(shí)，并以此輻射至社會(huì)其他群體。同時(shí)，將外國(guó)學(xué)生作為干預(yù)的重點(diǎn)，向他們宣傳中國(guó)政府對(duì)于艾滋病、結(jié)核病的預(yù)防措施，使其降低發(fā)生高危行為的感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of AIDS, tuberculosis cognition, attitude and behavior among college students in Guangxi, and to compare the differences between Chinese and foreign students in order to explore the current situation of AIDS among college students in Guangxi. The present situation of education on the two infectious diseases of tuberculosis provides the basis for improving the strategies of prevention and control of AIDS and tuberculosis in China. Through this study, we will disseminate the relevant knowledge of HIV / AIDS and tuberculosis to college students (especially foreign students). In order to improve the population of AIDS, tuberculosis awareness. Methods: the Chinese students and foreign students in Guangxi Medical University and Guangxi University were randomly sampled according to grade. The questionnaires were distributed on the spot after face to face interview and were collected on the spot. Results:. 1. Results of the questionnaire. (1) A total of 611 foreign students were investigated by questionnaire. The subjects were aged 17-34 years, of whom 225 were male students (37.0%) and 386 female students (63.0%). (2) among the subjects surveyed, 308 were foreign students, accounting for 50.4 percent, while 303 were Chinese students, accounting for 49.60.The proportion of foreign students in the two colleges and universities was the same. (3) of the 611 students surveyed, 493 were undergraduates of clinical medicine and 56 were non-clinical undergraduates, of whom the second year students accounted for the majority, and about 80.958 students were master's students and 9.5% of them were doctoral students. (4) the stratification of subjects: 111 students in grade one, 253 students in grade two, 41.4 students in grade two, 118 students in grade three, 117 students in grade four and 19.1s in grade four, 12 students in grade five and 2.0 students in grade five. 2. HIV / TB KAPs findings. 1) the awareness rate of AIDS and tuberculosis among foreign students was lower than that of Chinese students. 2) there was no significant difference between foreign students and Chinese students in correct attitude towards AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and treatment (P 0.05). (3) A comparison of high-risk behaviors related to AIDS or tuberculosis among foreign students and Chinese students, There was no significant difference between the two groups, but the proportion of measures taken by foreign students to reduce AIDS or tuberculosis infection was lower than that of Chinese students, and the awareness rate of the measures taken by the Chinese government to prevent AIDS was also lower than that of Chinese students. Conclusion:. The awareness rate of AIDS and tuberculosis related knowledge among middle and foreign college students in Guangxi is not high. It is suggested that colleges and universities, in conjunction with disease prevention and control agencies, should carry out health education for college students and popularize AIDS and tuberculosis related knowledge. At the same time, foreign students should be regarded as the focus of intervention to publicize the Chinese government's preventive measures against AIDS and tuberculosis, so as to reduce the risk of infection of high-risk behaviors.
