【摘要】：正腔口結(jié)核亦稱皮膚、黏膜潰瘍性結(jié)核病,發(fā)生于皮膚、黏膜腔口部位,最常見于口腔及肛門。此病在臨床上很少見,臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性,診斷存在一定的困難,部分口腔結(jié)核可能會(huì)被忽略而誤診為其他疾病,患者首診于綜合醫(yī)院口腔科,最后經(jīng)病理證實(shí)和/或膿液中找到結(jié)核桿菌而轉(zhuǎn)至結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu)接受規(guī)范抗結(jié)核治療~([1-2])。近期我院收治1例以口腔病變?yōu)槭装l(fā)癥狀的口腔結(jié)核并慢性血行播散性
[Abstract]:Oral tuberculosis is also called skin, mucosal ulcerative tuberculosis occurs in the skin, mucosal cavity, the most common in the oral cavity and anus. This disease is very rare in clinical, clinical manifestations are not specific, there is some difficulty in diagnosis. Some oral tuberculosis may be neglected and misdiagnosed as other diseases. Finally, Mycobacterium tuberculosis was found in pathologically confirmed and / or pus and transferred to TB control organization for standard anti-tuberculosis treatment ([1-2]. A case of oral tuberculosis with chronic hematogenous dissemination with oral lesions as its initial symptom was admitted in our hospital recently.
