卡介菌素和結(jié)核菌素純蛋白衍生物在學(xué)校體檢篩查結(jié)核病中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的比較卡介菌素純蛋白衍生物(BCG-PPD)和結(jié)核菌素純蛋白衍生物(TB-PPD)在學(xué)校體檢篩查結(jié)核病中的效果,為學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控工作提供參考。方法對(duì)2013年和2014年的石家莊市鹿泉區(qū)中小學(xué)新入學(xué)學(xué)生使用不同的PPD試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行篩查,對(duì)2種方法試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性率進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果共有10 261名學(xué)生接受了BCG-PPD試驗(yàn),陽(yáng)性學(xué)生913名,陽(yáng)性率為8.90%;11 252名學(xué)生接受了TB-PPD試驗(yàn),陽(yáng)性學(xué)生457名,陽(yáng)性率為4.06%,2種試驗(yàn)組間陽(yáng)性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=210.521,P0.01)。2種試驗(yàn)方法不同性別、地區(qū)、年級(jí)新生陽(yáng)性率差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論 BCG-PPD接種陽(yáng)性率高于TB-PPD接種陽(yáng)性率,但在篩查出胸部X線異常及確診活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核患者方面相關(guān)不明顯。在學(xué)校結(jié)核病篩查中建議采用TB-PPD方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of BCG-PPDs of BCG-PPDs and TB-PPDs of BCG-PPDs on the screening of tuberculosis in school physical examination. Methods in 2013 and 2014 in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, new students in primary and secondary schools were screened by different PPD tests. The positive rate of the two methods was compared. Results A total of 10 261 students accepted BCG-PPD test, 913 positive students, the positive rate was 8. 90% 11 252 students accepted the TB-PPD test, 457 positive students. The difference of positive rate between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 210.521 ~ (1) P 0.01 ~ (2)) test methods. There were significant differences in the positive rates of BCG-PPD and freshmen (P < 0.05). Conclusion the positive rate of BCG-PPD inoculation is higher than that of TB-PPD, and the positive rate of BCG-PPD is higher than that of TB-PPD (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant correlation in the screening of abnormal chest X-ray and the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis. TB-PPD method is recommended in the screening of tuberculosis in schools.
