卡介菌素和結核菌素純蛋白衍生物在學校體檢篩查結核病中的應用

【摘要】:目的比較卡介菌素純蛋白衍生物(BCG-PPD)和結核菌素純蛋白衍生物(TB-PPD)在學校體檢篩查結核病中的效果,為學校結核病防控工作提供參考。方法對2013年和2014年的石家莊市鹿泉區(qū)中小學新入學學生使用不同的PPD試驗進行篩查,對2種方法試驗陽性率進行比較。結果共有10 261名學生接受了BCG-PPD試驗,陽性學生913名,陽性率為8.90%;11 252名學生接受了TB-PPD試驗,陽性學生457名,陽性率為4.06%,2種試驗組間陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=210.521,P0.01)。2種試驗方法不同性別、地區(qū)、年級新生陽性率差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結論 BCG-PPD接種陽性率高于TB-PPD接種陽性率,但在篩查出胸部X線異常及確診活動性肺結核患者方面相關不明顯。在學校結核病篩查中建議采用TB-PPD方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of BCG-PPDs of BCG-PPDs and TB-PPDs of BCG-PPDs on the screening of tuberculosis in school physical examination. Methods in 2013 and 2014 in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, new students in primary and secondary schools were screened by different PPD tests. The positive rate of the two methods was compared. Results A total of 10 261 students accepted BCG-PPD test, 913 positive students, the positive rate was 8. 90% 11 252 students accepted the TB-PPD test, 457 positive students. The difference of positive rate between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 210.521 ~ (1) P 0.01 ~ (2)) test methods. There were significant differences in the positive rates of BCG-PPD and freshmen (P < 0.05). Conclusion the positive rate of BCG-PPD inoculation is higher than that of TB-PPD, and the positive rate of BCG-PPD is higher than that of TB-PPD (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant correlation in the screening of abnormal chest X-ray and the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis. TB-PPD method is recommended in the screening of tuberculosis in schools.
