【摘要】：目的探討武漢市艾滋病自愿咨詢檢測(VCT)工作的運行現(xiàn)狀。方法利用艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)的實時瀏覽及統(tǒng)計功能,通過條件檢索,導(dǎo)出2008-2013年VCT服務(wù)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2008-2013年,武漢市VCT服務(wù)總量保持相對平穩(wěn)。2009年起,檢出艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體陽性人數(shù)及陽性率呈逐年上升趨勢,于2012年達(dá)到高峰。全市VCT檢出的748例HIV感染者,男女性別比為6.48∶1,同性性傳播占59.76%,異性性傳播占21.79%,注射毒品傳播占7.89%,采供血傳播占2.41%,母嬰傳播占0.40%。2008年起,同性性傳播所占比例及總?cè)藬?shù)呈逐年上升趨勢,于2012年達(dá)到高峰。VCT檢出的HIV感染者主要集中在xZ口、武昌等中心城區(qū),區(qū)域分布特征明顯。結(jié)論應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善VCT績效考核評價方案,積極探索新的工作模式,以提高VCT工作的效率和效益。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the current situation of HIV / AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Wuhan. Methods by using the real-time browsing and statistical functions of the AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Information system, the relevant data of VCT services from 2008 to 2013 were derived by conditional retrieval. Results from 2008 to 2013, the total amount of VCT services in Wuhan remained relatively stable. Since 2009, the number and positive rate of HIV / AIDS antibody detection has been increasing year by year. In 2012, there were 748 cases of HIV infection detected by VCT in the whole city. The ratio of male to female was 6.48: 1, the ratio of male to female was 6.48: 1, the same sex transmission accounted for 59.76%, heterosexual transmission accounted for 21.79%, injecting drug transmission accounted for 7.89%, blood collection and blood transmission accounted for 2.41%, and mother-to-child transmission accounted for 0.40%. The proportion of same-sex sex transmission and the total number of people were increasing year by year. In 2012, the peak of HIV infection was found in XZ mouth, Wuchang and other central urban areas. Conclusion the evaluation scheme of VCT performance evaluation should be further improved and the new work mode should be actively explored in order to improve the efficiency and benefit of VCT work.
