【摘要】：目的了解陜西某醫(yī)學(xué)院大學(xué)生艾滋病綜合知識知曉情況及其影響因素,為進一步開展艾滋病健康教育工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用單純隨機法隨機抽取該校985名學(xué)生自填問卷,調(diào)查學(xué)生的基本情況、艾滋病知識、對艾滋病的態(tài)度,采用χ~2檢驗、非條件二元logistic回歸分析影響因素,認知情況與態(tài)度進行Spearman相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查985人,回收有效問卷932份,回收率為94.62%;陜西某醫(yī)學(xué)院大學(xué)生的艾滋病綜合知識知曉率為57.71%;Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:專業(yè)類別(OR=2.241,95%CI=1.642~3.059)、年級(OR=2.115,95%CI=1.378~3.245)、生源地(OR=1.444,95%CI=1.077~1.937)三個因素與艾滋病綜合知識知曉情況相關(guān);僅有37.91%的學(xué)生允許HIV感染者或病人繼續(xù)工作學(xué)習(xí),有55.27%的學(xué)生愿意繼續(xù)和被感染的家人朋友來往;Spearman相關(guān)分析顯示,對待艾滋病的歧視得分與艾滋病綜合知識得分呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.148,P0.05)。結(jié)論陜西某醫(yī)學(xué)院大學(xué)生艾滋病綜合預(yù)防知識知曉率偏低,醫(yī)學(xué)類、高年級、城市生源是高知曉率的保護因素,低知曉率導(dǎo)致學(xué)生對HIV感染者或艾滋病人產(chǎn)生歧視。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of AIDS comprehensive knowledge and its influencing factors among college students in a medical college in Shaanxi Province, and to provide scientific basis for the further development of AIDS health education. Methods 985 students were randomly selected by random method. The basic condition, AIDS knowledge, attitude to AIDS were investigated by 蠂 ~ 2 test, non-conditional binary logistic regression analysis, cognition and attitude were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results 985 students were investigated and 932 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the three factors were related to the comprehensive knowledge of HIV / AIDS: the major category was 2.241 / 95CI1.6423.059, the grade was 2.11595CII 1.3783.245and the source was OR1.44495CI1.0771.937). Only 37.91% of the students were allowed to continue working and studying with HIV patients, and 55.27% were willing to continue to associate with infected family and friends, according to a Spearman correlation analysis. There was a negative correlation between the scores of discrimination against AIDS and the scores of comprehensive knowledge of AIDS. Conclusion the awareness rate of comprehensive knowledge of AIDS prevention among medical college students in Shaanxi Province is low, and the students of medicine, higher grades and cities are the protective factors of high awareness rate. Low awareness rates lead to discrimination against people living with HIV or AIDS.
