【摘要】：目的了解南昌市家庭內(nèi)禽類養(yǎng)殖人員及養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境H5N1禽流感病毒感染狀況。方法應(yīng)用one-step RT PCR監(jiān)測環(huán)境標(biāo)本中H5N1禽流感病毒,應(yīng)用單擴溶血試驗和馬血球血凝抑制試驗監(jiān)測人血清樣品中H5N1禽流感病毒抗體。應(yīng)用描述性分析方法對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結(jié)果 2009-2013年共采集640份環(huán)境標(biāo)本,陽性率1.4%。僅2009年在禽類污染的污水中檢出9份H5N1禽流感病毒陽性樣本,其他年份環(huán)境標(biāo)本中無陽性樣本檢出;共檢出血清H5N1禽流感抗體陽性標(biāo)本共5份,占監(jiān)測人群的1%,家禽散養(yǎng)戶2例,家禽規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場2例,家禽屠宰加工廠1例,分別占相關(guān)人群的0.80%、0.69%和1.72%。其中2009年4份,2011年1份。結(jié)論禽類職業(yè)暴露人群中存在H5N1禽流感病毒的隱性感染者,提示禽類職業(yè)人群在工作中應(yīng)加強個人防護工作,同時應(yīng)限制家庭內(nèi)禽類散養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of H5N1 avian influenza virus among poultry farmers and culture environment in Nanchang city. Methods one-step RT PCR was used to monitor H5N1 avian influenza virus in environmental samples. The antibody to H5N1 avian influenza virus in human serum samples was monitored by hemolysis test and hemagglutination inhibition test. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results A total of 640 environmental samples were collected from 2009-2013. In 2009 alone, 9 positive samples of H5N1 avian influenza virus were detected in poultry contaminated sewage, and no positive samples were detected in environmental samples of other years. A total of 5 positive specimens of serum H5N1 avian influenza antibodies were detected. It accounted for 1 case of the monitored population, 2 cases of scattered poultry households, 2 cases of poultry scale farms, 1 case of poultry slaughtering and processing plants, 1 case of poultry slaughtering and processing factories, 2 cases of poultry farms, 0.800.69% and 1.72.Of them, 4 in 2009 and 1 in 2011. Conclusion there is a recessive infection of H5N1 avian influenza virus in poultry occupational exposed population, which suggests that the individual protection should be strengthened in the work of poultry occupational population. At the same time, the family should be restricted in the spread of poultry.
