【摘要】：目的分析發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病例流行病學(xué)特征，掌握動態(tài)流行趨勢，以期進一步提高對該病的認識，為加強疾病控制提供有效依據(jù)。方法通過流行病學(xué)的個案調(diào)查與描述性分析方法，對收集的2011年-2013年大連市發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征確診病例的發(fā)病、臨床癥狀、實驗室檢測與流行病學(xué)史等資料進行整理與分析。結(jié)果2011年—2013年大連市共發(fā)現(xiàn)本地病例55例，死亡16例，大連市各區(qū)市縣中有7個區(qū)市縣存在發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征疫情，病例以丘陵地區(qū)50歲以上人群為主，占全部病例的92.73%，，職業(yè)以農(nóng)民及家務(wù)待業(yè)者為主，占全部病例的90.91%,男性病例與女性病例的性別比為1.29：1。7、8月為發(fā)病高峰，占全部病例的65.45%。部分確診病例有明確蜱叮咬史或接觸史，占所有病例的34.55%。絕大部分本地病例出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱癥狀，體溫最低37.1℃，最高40℃，平均39℃，且發(fā)熱為主要首發(fā)癥狀。大部分病例有乏力（61.82%）、腹瀉（50.91%）、食欲減退（80%）、惡心（52.73%）等非特異性癥狀。所有確診病例的實驗室檢查均出現(xiàn)血小板和白細胞的明顯降低。結(jié)論大連市已經(jīng)有發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征確診病例的出現(xiàn)，并且連續(xù)三年有病例的報告，而且有流行上升的趨勢。大連對該病的加強防控刻不容緩。因此，為了降低發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征的病死率，我們應(yīng)提高對該病的認識，爭取做到早診斷、早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早治療，加強隔離和防護措施。大連市發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征疫情有逐年增多的趨勢，需進一步加強對該病的監(jiān)測及研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of febrile patients with thrombocytopenia syndrome and to grasp the dynamic epidemic trend in order to further improve the understanding of the disease. Methods by means of epidemiological case investigation and descriptive analysis, the incidence and clinical symptoms of confirmed cases of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome in Dalian from 2011 to 2013 were collected. Results from 2011 to 2013, 55 local cases and 16 deaths were found in Dalian. Fever and thrombocytopenia were found in 7 districts and counties of Dalian. The majority of the cases were over 50 years old in hilly areas, accounting for 92.73% of the total cases. The occupation was mainly farmers and household workers, accounting for 90.91% of the total cases. The sex ratio of male cases to female cases was 1.29: 1.7, and the peak incidence was in August. Some confirmed cases had definite history of tick bites or contact, and the majority of local cases had fever symptoms. The lowest temperature was 37.1 鈩
