【摘要】：目的評價洞庭湖區(qū)有螺洲灘實施開溝瀝水工程后對釘螺孳生繁殖的影響。方法 2009年11月-2012年11月,選擇位于東洞庭湖區(qū)的岳陽監(jiān)獄和君山區(qū)有螺外洲灘,分別設為干預區(qū)和對照區(qū)2組研究現(xiàn)場觀察區(qū)。在干預區(qū)洲灘實施開溝瀝水工程,采用挖掘機開挖"井"字溝,觀察該工程對洲灘土壤含水量和相對地下水位、以及對釘螺孳生繁殖的影響。對照區(qū)洲灘不采取任何措施。結(jié)果開溝瀝水工程實施前,2組觀察區(qū)在枯水期不同高程的洲灘土壤平均含水量均在35.56%左右。工程實施后,干預區(qū)洲灘土壤平均含水量26.53%,而對照區(qū)則為35.56%,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=6.53,P0.05);干預區(qū)不同高程相對地下水位明顯低于對照區(qū),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=33.33,P0.05)。工程實施前,干預區(qū)和對照區(qū)釘螺自然死亡率分別0.98%和0.89%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);工程實施后的2012年干預區(qū)未再查見釘螺和幼螺,而對照區(qū)活螺平均密度和幼螺則仍分別為29.37只/0.1 m2和213±108.45只/0.1 m2。結(jié)論在湖區(qū)有螺洲灘開溝可迅速瀝干洲灘積水,顯著降低洲灘土壤的含水量,改變釘螺繁殖和孳生的生態(tài)條件,從而控制釘螺的孳生繁殖。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of gully leachate project on snail breeding and reproduction in Dongting Lake region. Methods from November 2009 to November 2012, Yueyang Prison in East Dongting Lake area and Yunshan District in Junshan District were selected. It was divided into two groups: intervention area and control area. The dredger was used to excavate the "well" trench to observe the effect of the project on the soil water content and the relative groundwater level in the intervention area, and to carry out the trench and leachate project in the intervention area, and the excavator was used to excavate the "well" trench. No measures were taken in the control area. Results the average soil water content of the observation area in different elevation areas was about 35.56% before the implementation of the gully leachate project, and the results showed that the average soil moisture content was about 35.56% in the different elevation areas during the dry season, and the results showed that the soil moisture content of the two groups was about 35.56% in the dry season. The average soil water content in the intervention area was 26.53, while that in the control area was 35.56.The difference was statistically significant, and the relative groundwater level of different elevation in the intervention area was significantly lower than that in the control area (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (33.33) ~ (3)) P _ (0.05).
