【摘要】：目的調(diào)查無償獻(xiàn)血者人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情況,了解無償獻(xiàn)血者HIV感染流行趨勢,篩選安全獻(xiàn)血者,促進(jìn)輸血安全。方法選擇2008年1月—2015年12月周口市中心血站的無償獻(xiàn)血者為研究對象。所有獻(xiàn)血者均按照《血站技術(shù)操作規(guī)程》采集血液并檢測,初復(fù)檢有反應(yīng)性的獻(xiàn)血者樣本送周口市疾病預(yù)防控制中心做確認(rèn)實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果參加無償獻(xiàn)血的共334 560人次,確認(rèn)HIV陽性44人次,HIV抗體陽性率為13.15/10萬。繼2010年低值后呈逐年上升趨勢,近三年以每年5/10萬的速度遞增。不同文化程度、職業(yè)的無償獻(xiàn)血者HIV抗體陽性率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);而不同性別、年齡的無償獻(xiàn)血者HIV抗體陽性率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論近年來無償獻(xiàn)血者HIV流行趨勢發(fā)生變化,為保證輸血安全,采供血機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)HIV篩查,建立HIV篩查信息屏蔽系統(tǒng),普及艾滋病防治知識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of HIV infection in unpaid blood donors and to screen safe blood donors. Methods Blood donors from Zhoukou city center blood station from January 2008 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. All blood donors collected blood according to the Technical operating rules of Blood Station and tested it. Samples of reactive blood donors were sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Zhoukou City for confirmation. Results 334,560 blood donors participated in free blood donation. It was confirmed that the positive rate of HIV antibody was 13.15% -100 000 in 44 positive individuals. After the low value in 2010, the positive rate of HIV antibody was rising year by year, and increased at the rate of 5/10 million per year in the last three years. The positive rate of HIV antibody was compared among non-remunerated blood donors with different education levels. The difference was statistically significant (all P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of HIV antibody among different sex and age free blood donors (all P 0.05). Conclusion in recent years, the prevalence trend of HIV in unpaid blood donors has changed in order to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Blood collection and supply institutions should strengthen HIV screening, establish HIV screening information screening system, and popularize AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge.
