【摘要】：目的了解諾如病毒引起的急性胃腸炎暴發(fā)的原因和流行特征,為制定防控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查、病例對(duì)照研究以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)衛(wèi)生學(xué)調(diào)查方法,探索引起本次疫情暴發(fā)的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果本次疫情歷時(shí)8 d,共患病92例,罹患率4.5%。經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析提示是由學(xué)生乘坐公交車(chē)接觸諾如病毒病人引起的學(xué)校諾如病毒胃腸炎暴發(fā)疫情。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)病情監(jiān)測(cè)和報(bào)告,是學(xué)校諾如病毒疫情防控的主要對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the causes and epidemic characteristics of acute gastroenteritis caused by Norovirus, and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods the methods of field epidemiological investigation, case-control study and field hygiene investigation were used. Explore the risk factors causing the outbreak. Results the epidemic lasted for 8 days, 92 cases were infected. The Logistic regression analysis showed that the outbreak of norovirus gastroenteritis in schools was caused by students taking buses to contact patients with Norovirus. Conclusion strengthening the surveillance and reporting of the disease is the main countermeasure for the prevention and control of Norovirus in schools.
