【摘要】：目的修訂、擴充登革熱教育游戲的核心信息,為游戲的改進以及后續(xù)的知識傳播效果評估提供依據(jù)。方法草擬核心信息后建立23人組成的專家?guī)?采用德爾菲法開展2輪電子郵件咨詢;咨詢期間開放登革熱教育游戲預(yù)覽版的網(wǎng)絡(luò)入口供專家體驗;在第1輪與第2輪咨詢之間通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)即時通訊工具組織專家開展隱名的群組討論。根據(jù)咨詢意見修訂和擴充核心信息,采用界值法進行篩選,使用SPSS 17.0軟件進行描述性分析并計算專家意見協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)。結(jié)果 2輪咨詢表回收率均大于95%;虛擬群網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)言專家人數(shù)占比為63.6%,專家發(fā)言次數(shù)中位數(shù)為4.5,專家權(quán)威系數(shù)(Cr)為0.780。經(jīng)過修訂和篩選后,登革熱教育游戲的核心信息維度包括3個(w=0.558,χ~2=24.536,P0.01):傳播條件、預(yù)防措施、防病意識,核心信息的有"花斑蚊能傳播登革熱"、"蚊子能從積水里生長出來"等14條(w=0.401,χ~2=114.625,P0.01)。結(jié)論 2輪咨詢后專家意見較為統(tǒng)一,所得核心信息可備登革熱教育游戲的改進以及后續(xù)的知識傳播效果評估使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to revise and expand the core information of the dengue education game so as to provide the basis for the improvement of the game and the subsequent assessment of the effect of knowledge dissemination. Using Delphi method to carry out two rounds of email consultation; during the consultation period open the dengue education game preview version of the web portal for experts to experience; Organization of anonymous group discussions between the first and second rounds of consultation through the Internet Instant messaging tool. Based on the advice, the core information is revised and expanded, and the boundary value method is used to screen, SPSS 17.0 software was used for descriptive analysis and the coordination coefficient of expert opinions was calculated. Results the recovery rate of the two rounds of consultation tables was greater than 95. The proportion of experts who spoke on virtual group network was 63.6, the median number of expert presentations was 4.5, and the expert authority. The coefficient (Cr) is 0.780.After revision and screening, The core information dimensions of the dengue education game included three dimensions, 0.558, 24.536, P0.01: conditions of transmission, preventive measures, awareness of disease prevention, The core information included "mosquitoes can spread dengue fever", "mosquitoes can grow out of stagnant water", 14 pieces of information, such as 0.401, 蠂 ~ (2 +) 114.625 P0.01.Conclusion after two rounds of consultation, experts' opinions are relatively uniform. Core information is available for improvement of the dengue education game and subsequent assessment of the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination.
