【摘要】：目的分析2012-2015年湖北省麻疹流行特征和病原基因特征,為制定消除麻疹策略提供依據(jù)。方法通過傳染病報告系統(tǒng)和麻疹病例專報系統(tǒng),收集2012-2015年湖北省麻疹報告病例,描述病例的時間、地區(qū)、年齡分布等特征,并對病毒基因型別進行分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年,湖北省共報告麻疹病例3 258例,年平均發(fā)病率約為14.063/100萬,2014和2015年發(fā)病率明顯增高。2012-2015年每年麻疹的發(fā)病高峰不同。麻疹發(fā)病年齡主要以2歲的嬰幼兒和≥15歲的成人為主。麻疹發(fā)病人群主要集中在散居兒童,其他依次是農(nóng)民、家政家務(wù)、幼托兒童和學(xué)生。麻疹病原學(xué)監(jiān)測發(fā)現(xiàn)2012-2015年湖北省麻疹病毒基因型主要為H1a亞型,僅發(fā)現(xiàn)一例D8亞型,存在少數(shù)疫苗相關(guān)病例。結(jié)論 2012-2015年湖北省麻疹發(fā)病率明顯增高,麻疹病毒主要為H1a亞型,發(fā)現(xiàn)一例D8亞型。建議進一步加強麻疹疫情的監(jiān)測,做好適齡兒童和流動務(wù)工人員的常規(guī)免疫和查漏補種。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenic gene characteristics of measles in Hubei Province from 2012 to 2015, and to provide the basis for the strategy of measles elimination. Methods through the infectious disease reporting system and the measles case reporting system, we collected the measles reported cases from 2012 to 2015 in Hubei Province. The time, region and age distribution of the cases were described, and the gene types of the virus were analyzed. Results from 2012 to 2015, 3 258 measles cases were reported in Hubei Province. The annual average incidence of measles was about 14.063 / 1 million in 2014 and 2015. The annual measles incidence peak was different in 2012-2015.
