【摘要】：目的分析2008-2015年重慶市渝北區(qū)美沙酮維持治療(MMT)門(mén)診病人的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情況及相關(guān)影響因素。方法通過(guò)全國(guó)艾滋病直報(bào)系統(tǒng),獲取2008-2015年重慶市渝北區(qū)MMT門(mén)診HIV抗體實(shí)際檢測(cè)的2 871例入組病人的人口學(xué)信息、HIV檢測(cè)等數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS 20.0軟件包分析數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 MMT病人HIV新發(fā)陽(yáng)性率從2008年的2.07%下降到2015年的0.07%;不同婚姻狀況(P0.05)、不同吸毒方式(P0.01)、是否注射毒品(P0.01)、是否共用針具(P0.001)、是否感染丙型肝炎病毒(P0.05)等,HIV抗體陽(yáng)性檢出率的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;是否注射毒品(P0.001)與是否共用針具(P0.01),對(duì)HIV陽(yáng)性率具有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論在2008-2015年重慶市渝北區(qū)MMT門(mén)診病人的HIV新發(fā)陽(yáng)性率呈下降趨勢(shì),注射毒品與共用針具是預(yù)測(cè)感染HIV的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of HIV / AIDS infection among outpatients with methadone maintenance therapy (MMTM) in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2015 and its related factors. The demographic data of 2 871 MMT patients in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2015 were collected. Results the new positive rate of HIV in MMT patients decreased from 2.07% on 2008 to 0.07 on 2015. Different marital status and different drug use methods were used to analyze the data. There were significant differences in the positive detection rate of HIV antibody among hepatitis virus (P0.05) and so on. The positive rate of HIV in MMT outpatients of Yubei District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2015 was lower than that of P0. 01 in Yubei District, Chongqing, from 2008 to 2015, and the positive rate of HIV was lower than that of P0. 01 in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2015, conclusion the positive rate of HIV is decreasing in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2008 to 2015. Injecting drugs and sharing needles are key factors in predicting HIV infection.
