【摘要】：目的觀察鱉甲煎丸聯(lián)合恩替卡韋對(duì)慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能、血清肝纖維化指標(biāo)、細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。方法 115例慢性乙型肝炎患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組59例給予鱉甲煎丸3 g/次,3次/d,口服,ETV0.5 mg/次,1次/d,口服,療程48周;對(duì)照組56例給予ETV0.5 mg/次,1次/d,口服,療程48周。治療前后檢測(cè)肝功能、肝纖維化指標(biāo)及細(xì)胞免疫功能。結(jié)果治療組治療后血清透明質(zhì)酸(HA)、層黏連蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前膠原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型膠原(Ⅳ-C)較治療前明顯下降(P均0.001),且下降幅度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P均0.05);治療組治療后丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、球蛋白明顯降低(P均0.05),外周血CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+明顯升高(P均0.05),CD8~+明顯下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論鱉甲煎丸聯(lián)合ETV能夠促進(jìn)肝功能恢復(fù),提高機(jī)體細(xì)胞免疫功能,改善血清肝纖維化指標(biāo),安全性與耐受性良好,療效上顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。
